Very dirty place with old supplies. The KIDS working there were nice.. My nails and fingertips burn like crazy. Decided not to go through with the gel color because the manicure burned so bad, and she still charged me. Also my hands stink very badly. Read Less

I have been coming to this nail salon for a few years now and always been very happy and would consider myself to be a good regular customer. Last time I had my nails infilled I had one break within a day of having them done. I went back and asked if they could fix my nail which they did and then asked for £3 to fix it! I would happily pay the £3 however given that I'm a regular customer and it had only been a day I challenged this to be told that I should have had a full new... set last time! I advised that I would be happy to have a full new set time however I wasn't advised of this when I had my nails done! It got very heated in the salon and was quite uncomfortable and was agreed that I didn't have to pay! Since that day I had a further 3 nails break! Each time I went in and they fixed for me! I then went in 3 weeks after my infills as I usually do and requested a full set to be redone! I got passed around 3 tables before I finally ended up with the guy who I'd originally had the disagreement with! He did my nails however he has done them so thick and bumpy and Uneven and being a nail technician who is level 3 qualified it stands out to me massively! I feel like I was passed around to him on purpose however I cannot tell as they obviously speak in their own language therefore cannot tell what they are saying! I will therefore not be returning which is a shame because I've always been happy before however my last few experiences have not been pleasant despite being a regular customer and I would have expected a better customer service and not been made to feel like an idiot in the middle of the shop in front of everyone! Very disappointed with this nail shop. I have been coming here for months with no issues.. Until last Saturday I got a gel manicure and had my first lift and chip after just two days! It’s been a little over a week and each nail has lifted and chipped. ... I came into the store this evening (the first first chance I’ve had!) to be told there is no time to fix it.. (I arrived an hour before close!) I asked for them to at least soak it off for me, I’ve had gel removed many times before it’s a case of sitting and soaking your nail a few chips away and you’re done - hardly a 5 minute job! I do not have the tools to remove the gel myself and I am absolutely disgusted that you have let a good paying customer walk around with disgusting chipped nails I can now do nothing with until they all fall off or grow out!! Trash! She shaved my cuticles off! Then tired to put the polish that help keep the gel on for a while, it burned tf outta me! I asked for alcohol, she didnt have any! she refused to apply the polish for the gel after asking her too! This my second time going back to get my gel fixed! Never ever ever AGAIN!!!! This place is shady to say the least.  It was very dirty and the equipment was in need of update. The child that helped us to our chairs had to unplug one chair and bring cord to my chair to turn on the massaging mechanism.  The water was cold. When the TEN year old brought out the tools for the pedicure, they were not in a autoclave package. I had to use the bathroom there was no soap to wash my hands and toilet paper was all over the floor. After all of that I was too uncomfortable to proceed with pedicure and we left. Do NOT go here!!! Absolutely disgusting inside. Probably the dirtiest nail salon I've ever been in. I could have done a better job on the manicure. I had to use nail polish to remover to remove polish off my fingers when I got home. I will never return and I advise you to stay away. Read Less

This place is very dirty I have to say I haven't seen any worst than this .! I did not trust them giving me a pedicure with the tools they have . If u walk in the salon it is so disgusting they have stuff piled up everywhere seems they are very dirty people who don't know how to clean up ! I've see. I got a manicure and gel nails during my visit. The gel nails lasted over two weeks without lifting. They take their time to make sure it's done right. They are very affordable in price which is a big plus for me. Read Less

Started coming here a couple weeks ago when my usual salon had lost interest, they are amazing, even speak to my children and make them welcome, Francis is amazing, now have perfect nails that have been lasting more than a week. Xx Read Less

Went to have gel polish done she was so rude because I didn't have acrylics put on and started being so rough burnt me with the drill made my fingers throb and some even bleed where she was scratching. Will never go back after this. Read Less
