In from out of town and wanted shellac polish (didn't need the full manicure). The nail tech was using the orange square and broke skin around 6 of my nails. I went in to bring someone to get there nails done & pedicure. Since this was my first time there, I wanted to get a pedicure & and a waxing while I was there. They put my feet in the water , just water for 40 min past by and still was waiting, they kept telling me someone coming. Finally I got tired of waiting ask for a towel to dry my feet . They were waiting for someone to come to work. Didn't even offer a discount for maybe next time, because they were short- handed. Poor business and customer satisfaction. first time here..but Pedicure was amazing but I had to go back 3 times in a week to get my nails fixed cuz they crack and I went Monday and then had to come back thrusday and then here it is again Friday and it broke again so.if i go back to get this one fix it would be 4 times ... so my nails just keep breaking and they keep fixing them but they just keep breaking on me so I think it's cheap sns.cause it only been a couple days since i got them done and they broke again then when he fixed it on thrusday it has a big white spot in the middle of my nail because he filed it too muchh..suckkssss at least 4 season nail last longer then a week... very disappointed that I had to pay $35 for my nails to keep on breaking and yall keep having to fix them but they still breaking.. Had my nails and a pedicure done on Saturday. I noticed During the pedi the guy didn't "scrub" my feet,. He also didn't clip any skin around nail beds and it's Wednesday and the Polish on 4 of my toes are completely gone. It's peeling on several others. It started peeling on Sunday. Older man who did my manicure was extremely rough and hurt me. 3 days later my fingers still hurt and I have cuts on the sides of my fingers from his filing. Also the price list on the wall says a full set of acrylic is 22 or 25 I don't remember, why was it 34? It was a regular full set one color. Read Less

I've been a long loyal customer and if you would have asked me to leave a review about a year ago, I would have given 5 stars with the best appraisal. Yesterday was my brother in laws wedding so us girls went get our nails done and I highly recommended Nail Envy. Well yesterday a group of 5 of us got there when they opened (they weren't nearly as busy as what I've seen them before) We Recieved sucky service and separated me from the rest of the group. Me being Maid of Honor,... I wanted to be with my girls and my bride. And they didn't even service me until I said that "if I was going to be waiting this long just to get a manicure and my nails painted I could have at least sat by the girls. Instead I sat an hour at an empty nail bar. But our nails and feet looked gorgeous and very happy with the job they've done. Horrible job on my nails. I had a pedicure and manicure. My pedicure is fine, but I don't know what she did with my nails. I just wanted a french tip polish. After one day, the clear part on my nails started cracking and the white tips chipping off. I'm from out of town, so I couldn't go back to get them to fix it.  It didn't help that the lady doing my nails did not speak nor understand English and she had to get a translator every time I said something. Horrible experience! Had my eye brows waxed obviously by a amateur. One is long and thin, the other is fat and short. I report it to them, and the lady asked if I wanted a refund. I said of course I do along with my  brows back. I do not recommend this place! Read Less

I received a gift card to Nail Envy for Christmas, however I had never been there so I decided to use my gift card. First, the place was not clean at all. They had dust and working equipment everywhere. I got a pedicure and I told the lady she was hurting me but she proceeded. Two days after I woke up and my toe is throbbing and it is purple and blue. Me not really thinking anything let it go for a week. At this point it is leaking pus and I'm getting really mad. I go in and ...show her and she has the nerve to tell me i came in with my toe like that. I did not! My two friends can vouche for me! She then tells me I have an ingrown toenail which I never have problems with. She insisted this was my fault. I told her that her nail tech was hurting me and cut me wrong. Never did she admit it or offer any kind of apology. I will not go back and I will be going to the better business bureau. I have never had an experience like this place. For some reason I always got the same technician. His skills were very good, but his demeanor was terrible. He constantly pulled my hands, telling me to stay still. I wasn't moving. One day while he did my nails, he yanked on my arm and SLAPPED MY HAND. He yelled at me saying I was moving too much.Thankfully, he was finished. He then brings me my bill in a booklet ( what they use in restaurants) he held it up shoulder length and dropped it on the counter! I put the money. (sans tip), walked over to him and tossed it at him. I never went back. I wrote a letter to the owner, telling him what happened, explaining that every month I spent literally over $100 , that this employee was taking money out of his business and to think about just how many customers this guy was causing the owners to lose business each year.My other pet peeve is, they all would speak in their own language, while performing services on you, while all the while, they knew how to speak English. Nail tech told me to take off my own nail polish, she was using the drill on my nails very rough where I started to feel pain I told her about it She laughed and said she can't do anything about it and just the all around service wasn't good.
