If I could give a negative 5, I would..... After waiting for exactly 2 hours, I was finally greeted. I asked what I needed. I replied, "a soak off." She then stated " we are closed. You can come back tomorrow." The lady sitting across from me jumped in and replied, "She's been waiting for over an hour and a half." I stated, " yes, may you please remove? I need a removal to return to work. I have waited patiently. May you At least clip them off?" She rolled her eyes and said they were closed. None of the other nail technicians offered to assist. I had a horrible experience. I have never been so disrespected. I will never go back. I will also tell my family not to return. NO RESPECT+ NO SERVICE= NO 💰.

As I don't live in Perth I wasn't aware of Nail Diamond. I came across it online & phoned to see if there were any available appointments on Saturday afternoon. Luckily I could see Rachel, who was very friendly & professional, at 4pm for Shellac. I am so happy with my nails! Just exactly what I wanted & I will definitely be back. I will be recommending Nail Diamond to all my friends & family, Thank you.

Decided to try this place for my solar nails. The lady was nice, took her time shaping my nails and asked me if it looked okay which I liked. Some salons just do whatever they want. Two things I didn't like though. The nail file was black but you could barely tell with all the white buildup. (Unsanitary?) The file didn't work too good but she kept using it. I had to re-file the sides of my nails at home. Also, the nail brush by the hand sink wasn't sitting in that blue liquid, I think it keeps bacteria away. It was sitting on a towel so I didn't use it for sanitary reasons. I gave them 3 stars because of the unsanitary issues.

Loved it! There are 3 girls there that I would definitely go back to. One does eyebrows & the other 2 do nails. They were all extremely nice, & very helpful. The pricing is very reasonable, I'd even say its cheap & what more could you ask for great looking nails at a great price. I also got a pedicure, but the older woman who did it was a little rougher than I prefer. I will definitely return.

Okkk so I just moved to the Westbank and decided I was going to get a full set and a pedi since it was close to where I was staying. You walk in and they're 2 nail techs (I assume they're husband & wife) and 1 pedicurist and it's like they have their own rendition of musical chairs! The hubby "fits" you with the tip and does a poor job of cutting the nails down, then the wife comes over and puts the acrylic on & shapes the nails, then the hubby comes BACK to file the nails and to place the polish on. It's been 3 days since I went and the nails are already starting to lift and they do not push the cuticles back! I wasn't pleased with the nails so I was def NOT getting the pedi!!

As I don't live in Perth I wasn't aware of Nail Diamond. I came across it online & phoned to see if there were any available appointments on Saturday afternoon. Luckily I could see Rachel, who was very friendly & professional, at 4pm for Shellac. I am so happy with my nails! Just exactly what I wanted & I will definitely be back. Decided to try this place for my solar nails. The lady was nice, took her time shaping my nails and asked me if it looked okay which I liked. Some salons just do whatever they want.
