Never will I use this nail salon again, I booked an appointment for 1.30 today they didn’t even have my name wrote down in the book even though I proved I called them from my call log, I sat there until 2pm and asked how much longer as I had an appointment at 1.30 and a lady that was booked in at 1.45 got called up before me! Their customer service is shocking, the reason I booked an appointment is because I’m out tonight and needed them done! I only got a hour on the car so didn’t have time then to get my nails done!! My 16 year old daughter had very poor treatment today. Her nails were all bobbly and the technician was very rough; grabbing her hands etc. Just because she is a young girl or because the technician is pregnant and maybe hormonal, this is no excuse for shoddy customer service. Got my nails done here for my holiday a week ago, I went away for the weekend and one snapped while doing my makeup.. went back Monday morning before I flew to Greece to fix the one nail. Now on holiday 3 more nails have snapped and split off.. after a week of having them done. I've had my nails done in other nail bars for years and I am always careful with them they can last easily up to a month! I have never made an appointment and always managed to be seen quickly, often I have my 2 girls with me (2&3) they always accommodate us even when it's busy in there they always have time for us I wouldn't go to any other nail shop again Read Less

Iv been a customer since they opened the shop and today iv walked away with 5 nails shorter than the other 2 nails different shape, the lady was rough handed had to remind her 5 times she was filing my skin and burning my natural nail where filing so hard! will never go back there. shit service! and all they could say was oh we will make the other nails same length! no i wanted my nails to stay the length they was when i went in not fucking shorter!!!!Read Less

Been going here for quite a while now, always have fab nails and if not impressed and not sure, they are happy to rectify, I.e- the shape, often go in the next day if they're too long and they file down for me. Yes the wait is long and not always seen when booked, but look at all the nail shops in strood they're DEAD, it goes to show how good they really are, don't like it go elsewhere :) they work extremely hard. Been going here since the day they opened.Normally not a issue, just never seen on time. A loyal customer always having infills and a pedicure every visit! But totally disappointed today, despite explaining myself to 3 different technicians, I asked for feet and hands to match colours but have been given 2 complete different colours. Felt as if they were doing me a favour. Made an appointment for 1pm, was seen at 1.35, after been charged £53 , I now have to go elsewhere to get the job rectified! Had a pedicure today and chose to have gel polish was expecting it to be so costly £35!!!! And i sat in the chair 25mins!! Altho i had SNS nails and they r fab i cant fault them...will go back for my nails but i don't recommend the pedicures Read Less

Was treated to a birthday manicure by a friend on Sunday and today's Tuesday and both out paint is chipping and flaking off. Very dissapointed it's not even lasted two full days. They were nice, but too busy and rushed the polish, not letting coats dry between applications. Read Less
