I normally love this place. My nails always look good when I leave. However my last trip here left me a bit sour. I came Saturday morning and signed in. The woman that came in right before me not only signed herself in but also her sister and mother, both of whom were not even there. The sister came in after myself and another customer signed in and the mother showed up after 5 of us had already signed in and were waiting. They could clearly see that the mother and sister showed up after some us! It was super frustrating. Take people in the order they come in!! I go here all the time for a full set and Katie never disappoints! No nail tech can replace my favorite one. I also never break a nail when I get it done here. It's cheaper to me than most places and the quality doesn't compare. The owner is so nice and funny. And free Coke with a check in on yelp?? I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. Read Less

So disappointed! I've been trying to find a new nail salon to go to and someone said that this place was good, so I gave it a try. I showed the guy a picture of the length and shape I wanted and he told me how much it would be, because they were going to be long and almond. I said that's fine. When he was done it didn't look like the picture I showed him at all. Also he kept running over my cuticles with the drill the whole time. When I went to pay I showed the man the pictures , and said is it still this price because they're not long like I asked for. he said oh yes there exsactly like the picture. I said no they're not it's OK I'll pay, but they're not that long or the correct shape either, he still continued to argue with me and tell me that they were. Really quite impressed.  In town for a business trip.  (1) Ample gel color selection.  (2)They fit me in last minute just before closing time(3) The nail job was phenomenal (I've had it for 10 days now and it STILL looks amazing, even with the nails growing out).  (4) Quite a nice group who work there. Found this place a little over a month ago and I have been obsessed ever since!They offered me a dip for my nails (not every nail salon offers this) which is an amazing alternative from acrylic -for those of you with breakable nails like myself. This service has helped my nails grow stronger and longer than I have ever been able to keep them without harming my nails at all! Employees are extremely welcoming and professional VERY cleanPhenomenal workThey are very efficient (never rushed)If there is a wait they are very up front about the time you will be waiting if you didn't have an appointment. The prices are really amazing for the quality of work and service you are getting! I have been to many places before where they don't know how to work through clients. They start on too many people at one time and you end up being there for EVER. I have NEVER had that happen here. Nor have I ever seen them do this to any other guest. This place is awesome! The decor is very modern and inviting. They have couches you can chill on while you wait. It's one of the more spacious nail salons I have gone to, but I don't think that's saying much because I haven't gone to many salons lol! But I like that it's very roomy.  You get complimentary wifi and a drink. I think they offer some alcoholic drinks on the weekends (mimosas, wine, etc.).  The workers were super nice and welcoming.  I got really awesome service: felt super relaxed the whole time and didn't feel rushed even though they were busy.  I got a gel mani and spa pedi.  They have a wide selection of colors: whatever you see on the wall aren't the only ones they have.  I couldn't find "tiramisu for two" on the wall so I asked for it and they had it in the back! #bless this color is so cute.  They don't take appointments on weekends because they get really busy. So disappointed. Left with chunk out of my thumb and 3 nails lost polish same day after 2nd hand washing!!! I went in for a manicure and asked for GEL right at the start but she didn't hear/understand me and already put oil on my hands so couldn't do the gel without starting over so I said forget it. A friend of mine told us she got Chrome Nails over here and with how new this look is, we thought it'd be good to go where they know what they're doing! The salon is really clean and nice, and we were taken immediately. We looked at pictures, and the staff was really great at helping us to achieve what we wanted nail-wise (see picture). Finished product looks great, and a really fun look for Halloween. The only thing is we did feel a bit rushed. They let us know that it'd be $35 for Chrome Nails, but before we realized it, they were putting on the polish sans an actual full-on manicure. Basically they shaped our nails up a bit, and started putting on Chrome Nails. $35 felt a little pricey just for the look but I am so so so so, did I mention so bad at doing my own nails that's it's worth it for me, I just wish I had been offered to get a manicure done too so just word to the wise. They have other options besides my color to get a Chrome look and I totally suggest it for a special night out or when you dress up! Read Less

Beautiful nail salon and great service. I walked in for a pedicure and was seen shortly after arrival. Waiting area was nicely decorated with comfortable seating. They've got a huge selection of colors for traditional polish and gel polish, most of which are OPI and Essie. The pedicure chairs are standard massage chairs and they offered me a beverage during my service. My pedicure was done by Anna and she made sure my toes were in tip-top shape. Wow! This place looks sooo clean and inviting after the remodel, it makes me WANT to get my nails done more often. They have a substantial selection of nail polishes, especially gel! Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm and genuine welcoming from the receptionist! Thumbs up! I got a gel manicure from Nancie and I can't complain about the painting, it looks awesome!
