Went in to do my nails last Friday and came out with a happy face and very pleased. Well Wednesday and nail already broke off so I went in to replace it they did it with no question and showed them that another nail was about to fall off she didn’t do anything about that one and just let me go. Well I went home and right away that nail fell off so I came in today to get that fixed and understand it is busy in there people in front of me so I was not complaining I had to bring my two-year-old in with me. I am also 36 weeks pregnant and I’m trying to do my maternity pictures that is why I need these nails for the weekend. Like I said I understand waiting but during this waiting time a young woman came in and asked to get up her nails done and within two minutes she was called up to get her set done. I thought this was highly disrespectful I’m sorry that your nails are falling off this soon but I recommend not going to this nail salon because they are disrespectful and their nails are poor quality. Terrible place ladies. The first time I went to get a full set of dip powder my nails were too thick that you could see the powder lifting. Second time I specify how I want thin dip where you couldn’t notice that I had powder on.. I was in love with the work they did until four days later all my nails started breaking. One of them broke my real nail and I started bleeding at work. Finally when I went in today to ask if they can fix it and soak them off because they were hurting me every time one of them broke they proceed to tell me to come back another day. Which I don’t understand why, when their were only two people in the place with three workers. I explained to them that I couldn’t come tmmr because I work and I really need them off because I was in pain and they still told me to come back another day. I guess bc I wanted them off and not another full set they proceed to ignore my service since I wasnt spending any more money on them. I DO NOT recommend this place to no one. I stopped going here years ago due to proces being put of my range, regretably they were the only place open last minute for an emergency. Came in for a repair and fill on my acrylics. My right index finger was filed into with the drimmel, to the point of bleeding, and the middle finger got nicked as well. The tech put some blue liquid on it and just kept going, I assume it was some kind of clotting agent to stop bleeding but it burned badly. Bleeding aside, the shape of my... nails was stiletto going into the shop, and they are now uneven and far more rounded. I even asked twice to keep them more pointy. I know they are short, but the shape was still possible. The atmosphere was nice (if you don't have to listen to the 15 year old LOUDLY discussing her sex life-not the shops fault but still notable-), and the staff was friendly as well but the nail work itself leaves a lot to be desired. This place is everything! Kim does an amazing job. She takes her time and makes sure every detail is right! Every time I go I want her to do my dip nails. We pulled up an hour before they closed and they were accommodating but hesitant. One of the workers basically came up to my car window to ask what all we needed and proceeded to shoot me down. They didn't have time to do pedicures and nails. My sister and I were disappointed but I got a babysitter so we needed to do something. It took an hour for both of our pedicures. It was amazing.....until the price point. There is no menu posted. No prices. Nothing. I asked how much I owed and she said $75 for both. WHAT?!? $75 dollars for 2 pedicures?! Nice place, but they aren't very friendly. At least not to me. I sat in here for an hour listening the various nail techs talk to their customers. My nail tech said absolutely nothing to me. Came here today to treat myself and my 4 yr old daughter who wished to have her nails painted.  The guy who worked on my full set must not be cut out to do nails. Crooked, gaps from acrylic, and I wanted a specific design to be painted, I was told NO CAN DO. NO DESIGNS ALLOWED THERE. .......huh?? So I waited 5 years to treat myself pfinally having my nails done to get shoddy work and my bubble bursted. Not to mention my poor daughter, she picked 3 colors to alternate. Went in for a full set of acrylic french tips. Told my woman, she rang me up so i wouldng mess up my nails once they started. She set me up with a man. He put a full set of scrylic nails on me, then told me to puck a color. I told him i was classic french tips. He said he doesnt know how to do that. I told him then we need to switch with someone who does- no, we dont do designs at this shop. What? So i paid $35 for a base coat i could have done at home? Dont let them charge you before. People are friendly (only to regulars really) shop looks very nice but it's a bit expensive for the mediocre nail work. They wanted 35 dollars for a gel manicure! My friend got acrylic nails here & her middle finger on both hands were crooked & poked up. She also didn't get the shape she wanted (asked for coffin got weird stilleto looking nails) I just got a normal manicure & you could see my nail towards the tip. It also chipped within 2 days!!! I prefer the old management better. The staff here is friendly, don't get me wrong however the quality of the work (I would only get pedicures here) has declined. This used to be THE spot for me as my daughter attended the dance school on the next block which allowed me time to get a pedi while I waited. I live about 25 min away and would come here even when my daughter was not at dance school. It is no longer worth the trip. Cruising around the burbs and hunting for a pedicure place because it was necessary AND it's Sunday and Yay this shop is open.The shop is clean an spacious. The techs were polite and not chatty. I can't comment about the quality of their nail work because I couldn't stand being in there long enough to even get my nails done.  The second I walked in I was hit by the strongest chemical fumes.  I might be slightly more sensitive to chemical smells that your average person, but this was like being hit by a truck.  And if as a customer I couldn't stand to be in there for more than a min, think about what those poor women who work there have to put up with.  If you're not sure why chemicals are such a big deal, please read this article next time you think about going to a nail salon.  nytimes.com/2015/05/11/n… Read Less

I love this place! Every time I have been was during the week and I was waited on quickly, so I can't unfortunately comment on their weekend operations. My first visit was with a quiet make technician, but I was okay with the quiet nail appointment unlike some who seem to consider this rude? My last visit was with a male who was much more talkative and I quite enjoyed his company. Their prices are extremely reasonable, especially for acrylics. My only complaint is that sometimes the hostess is a bit preoccupied whether it was talking to someone who came in to talk to them, or on the phone or even just playing on their phone and not really doing much else. I have been coming here for at least 4 years and i have never had a bad manicure or pedicure. Everyone does a great job and there is almost never a wait, but I usually call ahead of time to be nice. Everyone is very friendly too! They are also one of the few places to offer a large color selection in gel nails. I stopped in for a pedicure when my schedule unexpectedly opened up.  I was promptly greeted at the door, for one, the reception area is 1.5 feet from the door. =)I was politely told to select my nail color and then seated for my pedicure.  For $27 you receive a spa pedicure treatment.  It's not the type of treatment that would rival a luxury hotel, but it is a great experience for an impromptu pedicure.  The water was the perfect temperature and as my toes soaked, I wish I could slip into the tub and have a complete spa experience.  You know, the "Calgon, take me away" moment kind of came over me.  My technician quickly appeared.  She was nice and not too chatty.  Probably because she had a lot to say to her colleague in Vietnamese, who has time for small talk with the clients when you can talk about the clients?Unfortunately, I can't recommend my technician because I didn't get her name.  Oh, that's right, she never told me.  She worked quickly and often asked if I was comfortable or if I needed anything.  The service was good, but it didn't enamor me to become a regular visitor.  My toes look good and on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being fabulous, I would say it is a 4.  I did have a nice brief massage with conditioning lotion, but there was no exfoliating scrub, which is a critical part of the pedicure experience for me.  It was a slow day, so the lack of clients made for a mostly quiet nail shop, which was pretty relaxing.  The decor is nice.  The nail stations are set up classroom style immediately facing you as you walk in and to the left is about ten pedicure chair and tubs.  As you would expect, the chair offer heat and massage options and are pretty comfortable.  There is a small room behind the wall of nail polish where additional services are performed...sounds pornographic, doesn't it?  Sadly, I cannot confirm or deny that additional services would include a happy ending. My friend is a regular here and recommends Han, however, I wasn't given a chance to request her, so maybe she was there, maybe she worked on my feet, maybe today is her day off...I'll never know.If you're looking for a last minute place to get your nails did, I would recommend this place.  Appointments and walk-ins are welcome and in addition to nails, they also do waxing, so if you need to clean up your brows, they quickly provide this service as well.  It is conveniently located at the exit of the Earhart Expressway, which is another reason I chose this location; easy in and out! I can't imagine how anyone could be happy leaving this place. The old adage, you get what you paid for does not apply here. I paid $62 for a full set manicure and a pedicure and where do I begin with what went wrong... One my big toe, the salon worker left excess polish on the side of my toe. On my fingers, there was excess glue and gel.  When I asked the guy if there was anything he had to get it off, he said to just use a brush when I get home. Two of my fingers were left bleeding and one finger had skin hanging by the nail bed. I will never come here to get my nails done. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Read Less

Great place to spontaneously get nails done at a great price! Mani and Pedi for $40ish. Usually do not have to wait very long if just walking-in. They also take appointments. Manicures and pedicures done very well. Tools were sanitized well too... a new bag of sanitized clippers and such are opened for you when you get a pedicure. ...sometimes nail places can be a bit sketch about how clean their tools are, but this place is great.
