Came to this nail salon after a recommendation... Best decision! The atmosphere is elegant and clean. The staff is personable and engaging. The equipment and furniture are top notch. I will continue to give my business to this company as well as continue to recommend them to everyone that compliments my nails... Which is always now. This is my absolute favorite nail place! As soon as you walk in, Nick (one of the owners), greets you and makes you feel right at home. Nick is also a great color matcher. For the most part (unless they are slammed), you will get put into a chair quickly. Now let me talk to about the actual nails, WOW! They do a fantastic job! Great prices (cheaper then most places in the greater New Orleans area) plus your nails are fantastic. Pedicures are done thoroughly, which is always so hard to find. Nick's wife (who is a technician) does amazing work and only hires other technicians that do great work also. now when you come back, Nick will remember you. Its a great big family when there. They make sure you are relaxed and at ease the whole time. Also, most of them speak great English so its very easy to communicate exactly what you want which is AMAZ-BALLS! I have been to several nail salons in Metairie, Kenner, and New Orleans and found myself searching for one in Harahan today. I sure am glad I landed at Fleur De Nails! This was the best all around first time experience at any nail salon I have ever been to. Great attention to detail from everything from customer service, to cleanliness, to decor, and best of all to my nails! Love my gel mani and pedi. Honestly, I felt like royalty. And, I didn't have to pay royal prices. The Salon crew's skill was only matched by their exemplary customer service. The ambiance is refreshing, contemporary, and super clean. I visited to have my feet taken care of but realized it was worth my while to have my hands tended to as well. After reading thru many Yelp reviews on nail salons in the area, I decided to come here. Yelpers were right on! Fleur De Nails & Spa worked out well for me.I came here around noon on Black Friday and was seated right away. (They got busier afterwards and there was a small wait for others.) The place is very pretty, nice ambiance. There were no chemical smells either. The ventilation was good. I would have preferred more relaxing music - something serene and calm, but that's ok.I got the basic pedicure and an eyebrow wax. The basic pedicure included a soak with fresh flowers and lemon slices (NICE!), a leg/foot massage with lotion and hot stones (EVEN NICER!) and the other typical pedicure procedures. I was very satisfied.The eyebrow wax was quick and fairly painless.All of the staff were super friendly. So, I have gone to this nail spot and they have changed owners three different times in the last year that's I've gone. Normally, this is a bit of a red flag however comma I have never had unsatisfactory service. I feel like the biggest reason why I just haven't made this my regular spot is because it's hard for me to have a consistent spot, I usually get my nails done based upon where I am location wise at the moment and how bad does my nails look (I usually factor in the wait time). I actually have only had to wait once coming here the few times I did and even then the wait was like ten minutes. The salon is very spacious and clean (which I know is super important). I LOVE that they have a larger variety of gel colors, I personally am addicted to the color changing gel polish, sort of like a two for one deal. Basically, it's one color when cold (like black) and when you fingers are warm it changes colors (to a gray). I think I love it the most when my fingers are making a transition from cold to hot or vice verse and it's almost like a little ombré action. The nail techs have always done a really good job on my nails and they LISTEN to what I want. I usually keep my nails short and like them to be rounded. Some places insist on doing my nails square round. This location just gives me exactly what I want, which I appreciate. The new owners (husband and wife) are really hands on with the customers. The husband will keep you laughing, and his wife is a bad ass nail tech. All in all this place is a sure bet for your hand and toe needs. Could be the best place for a pedi that I've ever experienced in NOLA. The salon is clean and the guy who did my nails was very attentive to my personal needs. Absolutely amazing!  Went in one a Sunday morning when they opened.  The salon it's self is very welcoming as well as Vi and her staff.  I needed to get my acrylic nails filled (previously done at another solan), and wanted to get a pedicure.  Vi did an amazing job in my nails, much better then the previous place. I decided on the Pearl Spa pedi!  OMG!!! So worth the money!  Kim did an amazingly wonderful job.  She spent almost an hour and a half on my feet and legs!  Hands down the best pedicure I have ever had!!  I will be going back for sure!  Thank you ladies for your close attention to detail as well as you kindness! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have came here about 5-7 times. My last 3 times have been horrible. I was cut on both of my big toes. My manicure was extremely rough and she cut unnecessary skin! This last particular time I love the Dip. It lasts very long. Unfortunately, they don't have very many selections. But this time my shit chipped in a day! I had to wait to 1 hour to get my shit fixed, when I called ahead of time. No compensation for the inconvenience. Read Less

This place is top notch! It's beautiful and very clean. Their service is impeccable. The ladies here really take their time with your nails. My first service was a mani and deluxe pedi, and I spent 1.5 hours here. Not because of the wait, but they really take time with your nails. It felt like a real spa day. The second time I came in for a classic pedicure and was expected to get out within 30 minutes, but my nail tech took almost an hour! She really cleaned my cuticle and thoroughly scrubbed my feet. So let me get started by saying I'm very picky and insecure when it comes to getting my nails done (mani and pedi).From the moment I walked in for my appointment the ladies were very attentive and friendly. I decided to get the Pearl Pedicure which I must say was well worth it versus the deluxe. Doesn't smell like a nail salon inside. Very updated decor. They've been open and under new management for about 6 months. If they keep going the way they are now, they will do great!Unfortunately, I'm moving out of state. Oh my goodness! I can't say enough good stuff about this place. I found them on a whim when my normal place started going down hill on service and facilities. I gave them a shot and boy and I glad I did. Beautiful new location! The most amazing pedicure chairs and best of all it doesn't smell like a typical nail salon!!!!! Very nice gel mani. I had one acrylic nail remaining that I couldn't remove myself and they didn't charge me for the take off. Customer service was excellent. She didn't rush and let me take my time choosing a color. Paid $28 with a 20% off deal. Will return to try their pedicure during the week and will update review. The new name of the place is called Fleur De Nails & Spa.  They're located next door to the Italian Pie restaurant in Harahan. The facility is very clean and decorated nicely with modern finishes.
