Since this place has no reviews I guess I'll be the one to review.So first of all the salon is beautiful,very clean!!! I find Hammond nail shops are dirty and the tools are sketchy this place is different, CLEAN and relaxing.The first day I came here I was surprised at how busy it was for a Sunday.Im very patient so I sat down and waited for about 20 minutes until someone got to me. The ladies were very nice and accommodating considering I like to do different designs on my acrylics! I had to correct one girl on my nails because the shaping was off i sensed a little attitude but she did fix it and I thanked her.The next time I came to this salon was different.A man named Paul did my nails and I was absolutely in LOVE! He took his time and catered the shape of the nail to my fingers and my nails were oh so beautiful I will never let anyone other than Paul touch my nails!! Worst experience ever!! Only half my nail got polished on an entire hand and when asking to have them file the nails because they were chipped she said I file last and needless to say, my nails never got filed!!! If I had enough time I would go back and have them redo that whole hand but we sat for 45 minutes and only had an hour to get finished and they barely got it done in an hour. Very dissatisfied with the job that was done and the lady was so rough and cut my cuticles until 2 of them are bleeding. My girls and myself will never go back there again, ever!!!
