After reading good reviews I decided to go in and have my nails done little did I know that it would be the worst nail experience I've had. I went in on a Friday to get my nails done by Sunday the paint was chipping and there was discolouration in the polish, so I contact Grace as she was the one to my nails she told me to come in and get them fixed so I go in and she was with a client okay that's fine she told me to come back at 6 and I did just that and I don't have a lot o...f extra time to be spending at a nail salon and she was still with someone so instead of waiting another 15-20 minutes for her to finish so I paid to get the polish changed by a different tech & then the shape got completely messed up after removal and so I asked her to fix and she just couldn't get the shape right so I pay & gave the girl who did my nails a tip not even 15 minutes after leaving the salon the polish is chipping again, this time there's uncured polish coming from under the polish. So I contact Grace again to let her know and she offered to fix them again however at this point I was fed up with the poor quality so I went to a different salon got the nails removed, in the end I ended up paying $8.00 less for an incredible job @ a different salon. We had a great experience a top nails salon in Hammond. They were very reasonable on the price and very very fast. And they did a excellent job with the nails, skeptical at first about using people who don’t speak English but was pleasantly surprised by how well they spoke English and was able to communicate. To start i had a girls day with my mother in law and we called they said it was 17 for pedicure and 30 for full set with design we get there and it took at 4 hours and my nails looked like turtle shells and I had to keep asking her to thin them and kept telling her they were crookied and that they were not what o was asking for so I called them and they asked to send pictures and told me to come back and they would fix them. Not to mention I live 45 mins away so I go back and they have to take nails completely off and start over and while doing so ripped my nail and made it bleed now they looked good but would not do what I asked for so they gave me white tip and made then so thin they are breaking in half and only had them re done for 2 days now and while I was there she put polish in my pinky toes be I guess they forgot them the first time lol and also my mother in law changed her mind and wanted a full set instead of just her real nails and the told her she could not change her mind also it ended up being 114 dollars for a pedicure a full set and eye brows just for me and I'm still having to deal with broken nails and the fact I didn't get what I asked for or supposedly requested and had to pay an arm and leg for!! I am surprised by all the 5 star reviews... I wonder if they are from friend or family members. The tech was rude and completely unfriendly. I didn't feel welcome at all! She wouldn't give me the child price for my 10 year old niece ... just flat out refused. I would never come back here to pay for horrible service and attitude. This nail salon has two good technicians. I get my toes done by Carmen she is very nice.Many of the other nail technicians are rude. I got my nails soaked off by one girl in there and she left pieces of the old nails on my hand. The owner is very rude especially at closing time. One time they did my nails while I was getting a pedicure and put nail dust all over clothes. The next time I came they got mad when I told them they couldn't do my hands while I was in the chair. Now every time I go in looking for Carmen all of them act rude. I just wait on her to come out because she is the only one that does nails good there. Read Less

Horrible service they do your nails super thick, even when I showed her a pictures of my nails she still got it wrong. She kept asking me if I liked them after she knew this was not what I wanted. I get my nails done all the time and I know how they should look and this is not it. Also they burned my friends finger while filing. Just a horrible experience. We were not the only customers who were not pleased with the service. Me and my friend paid for nails that were horribly done. Save your money and go somewhere else. Read Less

These ppl will try and cheat you out of your money. Trying to push you to get a pink and white set when all you want is a regular manicure 😒😯. You ask for a pedicure and they will give you the most expensive pedicure on the menu. Oh yes honey they tried it. Read Less

I have gone to this place 3 times now and the customer service is excellent. Grace always does a top job on my nails. I highly recommend this location. The staff do not ignore you, they talk to you and treat you with respect and it's a lot of fun going there. Location is always clean. Read Less

I went here today with my aunt and this place was horrible. I never been to a nail salon that was so rude. The owner did her nails and she never asked her what she wanted, she just started doing them and my aunt told her that she didn't want that and the lady said it was too late. Well, my aunt didn't like them and asked her to take them off. She got made and grabbed my aunt by the wrist and clipped her nails all up. So we got the sheriff there and he tried to work to get my aunts money refunded and they wouldnt. They did not care about customer satisfaction at all. They are rude, do horrible jobs, and place their hands on customers. Needless to say the place drills on everyones nails with the same drill tip, so they could have used a tip on somone before my aunt that might have fungus on their nails- Grossss! Oh they did offer to do them the way she wanted for $15 more after she already paid for chopped up, unfinished nails. for a total of $55. I will never go back here and I advise noone to go.
