The nails were an ok shape, but the paint was so sloppy and they did not take their time!! My friend was HIGHLY dissapoitned, the nails were so bad she had to go some where else to get them fixed

I have had several sets of nails done here and have been very happy with them. However, my last set, a nail broke off before a week was up. Got it fixed, no charge, so I can appreciate that. But now, ...
I have had several sets of nails done here and have been very happy with them. However, my last set, a nail broke off before a week was up. Got it fixed, no charge, so I can appreciate that. But now, about 10-12 days in, I've lost another, have 4 that are chipping off towards the cuticle and lifting, and one that had all of its polish peel off. Just a little disappointing because I have had great sets, that last, done here before.

The service here is good. But the nail techs here are rude.! ANDthey do not have a variety of color. I just left the shop with no polish , I rather spend my money elsewhere else due to the rudeness.

This is the worst nail shop. The owners are so rude. Kim always has a disgusting attitude, is very rough, and seems bothered. The only positive is their nail polish collection. Go elsewhere.

In the past I have had a great experience at Regal nails but my gel polish I had done on Wednesday came off my toes after two days. 😢 A little disappointing

This message was the worst nail shop I ever visited,they were rude,there were spiders crawling around the place, very dirty and the prices are to high,never ever in my life would I go back!!!!!!!!

I have had several sets of nails done here and have been very happy with them. However, my last set, a nail broke off before a week was up. Got it fixed, no charge, so I can appreciate that. But now, about 10-12 days in, I've lost another, have 4 that are chipping off towards the cuticle and lifting, and one that had all of its polish peel off. Just a little disappointing because I have had great sets, that last, done here before.
