The tech who did my nails had a scheduled appointment to tend to after doing my nails, but still took me to her seat (so willingly started to do my nails, knowing she had an appointment coming up).

The tech who did my nails had a scheduled appointment to tend to after doing my nails, but still took me to her seat (so willingly started to do my nails, knowing she had an appointment coming up).
She rushed through my session, didn’t even check to see if my nails were even or ask if I was okay with the length, leaving me with crooked and uneven nails. A few of them are slanted at the tip and it irks me!
After finishing, she pretty much shooed me out of her station and told me not I touch anything so my nails would dry. Then took in the appointment client, while my purse was still sitting at the station.
She wasn’t very considerate and although I will probably return to this salon, I will not have Tammy to do my nails again...
Mary did my friend’s nails and was friendly and did every step correctly, so I will probably return to have her do mine next and give her a nice tip for good work!

I have been to three different nail salons between Hammond and Covington and they have nothing on this place. I have been here twice now and both times beautiful nails. They pay attention to detail and I'm very picky about my nails. I will recommend this place to anyone who will listen!!

When I got there I was the only person waiting after about 30 minutes to more people walk in asking for the same thing done as I am and both of them go before me and it’s two hours and they haven’t even egg knowledge me yet and so I just left this is the worst place I’ve ever been to they have horrible customer service I need to be shut down

TERRIBLE!!! My best friend invited me to the nail shop so we came here. We all came in at the same time but somehow my friend never got her nails done! Terrible service!!! Their were multiple employees walking around talking but no one helped. It took 2hrs for my nails to get done and no one started on hers!!! DO NOT GO!!!!!

This place is staffed with very helpful and genuine staff whose interest is to please the customer and give them what they want. However, to those who frequent this business: be cautious in ensuring the person providing the service you desire gives you the attention to detail that you require. I paid for gel nail pedi/mani and the service was rushed and botched leading me to return the following business day to have it corrected. When I brought this to the manager's attention she was all too happy to rectify the error, however no acknowledgement nor apology was offered for my inconvenience. Am I saying this is a horrible place, on the contrary I am saying just make sure you get the service your paying for. Total spent 80.00 and tip 6.00 dollars for botched work. :/

The tech who did my nails had a scheduled appointment to tend to after doing my nails, but still took me to her seat (so willingly started to do my nails, knowing she had an appointment coming up).
She rushed through my session, didn’t even check to see if my nails were even or ask if I was okay with the length, leaving me with crooked and uneven nails. A few of them are slanted at the tip and it irks me!
After finishing, she pretty much shooed me out of her station and told me not I touch anything so my nails would dry. Then took in the appointment client, while my purse was still sitting at the station.
She wasn’t very considerate and although I will probably return to this salon, I will not have Tammy to do my nails again...
Mary did my friend’s nails and was friendly and did every step correctly, so I will probably return to have her do mine next and give her a nice tip for good work!

When I got there I was the only person waiting after about 30 minutes to more people walk in asking for the same thing done as I am and both of them go before me and it’s two hours and they haven’t even egg knowledge me yet and so I just left this is the worst place I’ve ever been to they have horrible customer service I need to be shut down

This place is staffed with very helpful and genuine staff whose interest is to please the customer and give them what they want.
