Don't waste a dollar here you will be sorely disappointed from start to finish. Also it gives them no right to treat people especially teens or college students the way they do. Its like a bunch of bullys I mean how horrible of a human being do u have to be to make a kid cry. When all could have been avoided if service was just done correct nobody likes to be at a nail solon for hours just for it to look like crap it's definitely not cheap so why have a horrible attitude and business. U will lose business.We also asked if we could get it taken off and said that would be another 20$ ...again for there mess up!

April 28th, 2018, such a beautiful day , so excited to get a pedicure. Normally I am very happy with their service, but this time I am pretty disappointed. Cuticle areas were not nicely cleaned up and sloppy paint job. Lastly, my technician, who was an older lady, she gave me a few strange looks at the beginning and it made me feel uncomfortable. For about $40 (including the tip), this is not professional to me. I want to have more faith in this company but hopefully they are kind enough to give some sort of compensation, or I'll have to take my business elsewhere. sigh.

Don't know what all of you are bitching about. Went this morning for a removal and a new set. She took her time, made sure if I was having any pains from the nails coming off she would take care of it...

She took her time, made sure if I was having any pains from the nails coming off she would take care of it and was extremely gentle. The new set was exactly what I asked for as well natural looking. not thick like I typically see. Will be continuing to go here.

I was told no just to come in i gave them the date and they would make a note that there were a some little girls coming in only to show up with 4 little girls and see they were closed!!!!! Nothing like seeking your 6 year old in tears on her birthday!!!

I took my daughter in to get her tips put on November 14th and about 8 or 9 days later they started falling off and less than two weeks later they were all gone. I was sick and busy so couldn't get in...

I was sick and busy so couldn't get in to take her back right away and when I went in today I was told oh too bad you should have came in within a week. Really that's their warranty $73 for one week, ridiculous.

2.5 stars. The atmosphere is nice, but my nails were so messy! I got gel polish $20+ and the girst time the woman who polished them didnt go all the way up to my cuticle so it was obvious that i had chucks so nail that werent polished & large air bubbles under my gel. I went back in and told her my nails needed to be neater, she said she couldnt because i needed a manicure... i had a manicure 1 week ago... she still said i needed one... she did another coat, its slightly better but still messy. They seemed used to people having to go back in and complain. Nails should just look better than this when professionally done. The last picture is after.. its still messily applied to my cuticle & they didnt really car about making my nails look the best... i left with cured gel all over the skin on my fingers & in such a dark color its unacceptable.

Because the last time I came they used the right glue. Mind you I'm from Covington so this isn't a nail shop I usually go to. But when I called and informed them of the problem they just said everyone knows that they use hair glue because people don't like the hot glue. NEWSFLASH everyone is not the same you should ask your customer what they prefer !! Lasted 4 days literally. Smh I will never ever go back there again. And most definitely willl not recommend anyone.

For $90 I probably won't come back. The pedicure was Great which is what the 3 stars is for. However, I wasn't too impressed to see that they reuse their files without sanitization which makes a a little on edge. My manicure was ok, I have had better, in the sun it barely looks like some of my nails actually have polish on them which if it was applied properly you shouldn't be able to see through them. Some of my nail ends actually have sharp edges to them and they didn't go all the way back to my cuticle or edges on several of my nails.

Got my nails done here and showed a picture as to what I wanted and it turned out nothing like it. Then they complained it was my fault cause they charge more for length of the nail being very snobby ...

Will not be coming back here to expensive for nails that do not fulfill your expectations.

They could not herd me out of there fast enough. The lady was rude and barely took the time to try to get the rough skin off of my feet which is what I was paying for! I will not go to that salon ag...

Don't waste a dollar here you will be sorely disappointed from start to finish. Also it gives them no right to treat people especially teens or college students the way they do. Its like a bunch of bullys I mean how horrible of a human being do u have to be to make a kid cry. When all could have been avoided if service was just done correct nobody likes to be at a nail solon for hours just for it to look like crap it's definitely not cheap so why have a horrible attitude and business. April 28th, 2018, such a beautiful day , so excited to get a pedicure. Normally I am very happy with their service, but this time I am pretty disappointed. Cuticle areas were not nicely cleaned up and sloppy paint job. Lastly, my technician, who was an older lady, she gave me a few strange looks at the beginning and it made me feel uncomfortable. She took her time, made sure if I was having any pains from the nails coming off she would take care of it and was extremely gentle. The new set was exactly what I asked for as well natural looking. not thick like I typically see. Will be continuing to go here.

I got gel polish $20+ and the girst time the woman who polished them didnt go all the way up to my cuticle so it was obvious that i had chucks so nail that werent polished & large air bubbles under my gel. I went back in and told her my nails needed to be neater, she said she couldnt because i needed a manicure... i had a manicure 1 week ago... she still said i needed one... she did another coat, its slightly better but still messy. For $90 I probably won't come back. The pedicure was Great which is what the 3 stars is for. However, I wasn't too impressed to see that they reuse their files without sanitization which makes a a little on edge. My manicure was ok, I have had better, in the sun it barely looks like some of my nails actually have polish on them which if it was applied properly you shouldn't be able to see through them.
