I have been getting my nails done at Crystal nails for 5+ years and they are wonderful. The owner herself is always there overseeing everything. I usually get Shellac but lately have been getting a gel overlay. They do such a fantastic job and I always get tons of compliments on my nails everywhere I go. The work also lasts a long time. My nails are never chipped or broken. I can think of 1 time that I had to go and have a nail touched up. One time!!! That is amazing! I also get my eyebrows waxed while I am there occasionally. Crystal does a great job on the waxing. Also, their prices are unbeatable!!! Once, I tried a different salon with a friend who happened to just live another place in town, and it was almost twice as much for the same services. meh, Your nails will not last, within the 1st week they start to break and chip! The atmosphere in the store in ridiculously laid back and chill to the point of being unprofessional. They make you wait(15mins), put you at a table, then make you wait at that table (20mins), then finally when someone starts on your nails, there's a good chance they're going to hop off to go and do someone else nails (10mins), followed by a totally different person coming to also partially complete your nails(10mins). One time I walked in when they were very full, and no one acknowledge that a customer had even arrived, even with a loud bell ringing! after that I never did return. Go to PEARL NAILS across the street! they are the complete opposite, they may take a while to complete your nails, but it's only because they are making sure they are PERFECT, and there's only ONE dedicated person who does your nails the entire time, and my nails lasted an entire 2 months without breaking! If I could give a zero rating I would. I came into Crystal's Nails on Sunday because they were the only shop open at the time. Needless to say I wish I would have just went to my normal salon on Monday after work. Their salon is so nasty, I doubt that they even autoclave their tools. I came in to fix one nail, the lady doing my nails didn't even look at my other nails to tell if the length or style she chose to do was correct so when I complained she got an attitude. I then had the owner "fix" my nail and she did just as bad and I walked out with a round nail when I get almond and unpainted they still charged me. Never go there! Read Less
