I love the atmosphere of this place everyone is so nice and friendly. The complimentary drinks is a plus too. This nail salon makes me feel so relax and at ease. Just what I needed after a long week. This was my first time ever getting glitter polish and I love it. I think it will be glitter all summer long.

It took 2 hours for them to finish a set and gel manicure. A lady named Vy worked on me after my previous technician passed me over to her. My nails soaked in acetone for 25 minutes. After the foil was removed my skin was literally burning and peeling. It felt like someone was holding a flame to my hands! This is my 6th visit and I thought that I could be a regular here until today. There should have been some kind of protectant against those harsh chemicals. I felt dizzy and frustrated the entire time. I wanted to run away and cry! There's no way in hell that I am returning to let Vy work on my hands ever again! They should have offered me a refund, but gave me excuses instead. And customers should have masks too so we are not inhaling fumes!

Incredible experience. Travelling through from Alberta, Canada and was desperate for a fill/new set and pedicure. I messaged on FB and received all the details on what to expect. The staff were very friendly, the price was as expected (similar to CDN prices) and the place was very clean and organized. Highly recommend.

The lady who did my nails was distant and rude, often ignoring a me to use her phone. Machined my nails with a course head and the job was so lumpy that I ended up spending 6 hours filling the surfac...
The lady who did my nails was distant and rude, often ignoring a me to use her phone. Machined my nails with a course head and the job was so lumpy that I ended up spending 6 hours filling the surface down to fix it. When I removed them, the machining left the nails so thin and brittle that they're chipping off and splitting away from the nail bed.

Very poor customer service, especially by the man who runs the salon. I was lucky that the lady doing my nails did an alright job and I came out with all of my skin still on my fingers (which is a bonus). My friend that I went with was not so lucky, she had her nails hacked at and did not receive the advertised services due to being rushed and inexperienced staff.

Could not have been happier with the service I received today! Went in early in the morning with my baby and when he started to cry about 10 minutes into the appointment one of the staff members came and picked him up and played with him making him laugh and even put him to sleep and held him until my nails were done! Highly recommend this salon, great service! Friendly staff and my nails look fantastic!!! Thanks so much!

Please, if you don't have the staff do give customers proper care, don't take the client! I sat for 30 minutes today as 4 different staff members got rotated around my table to prep me for infills. ...
Please, if you don't have the staff do give customers proper care, don't take the client! I sat for 30 minutes today as 4 different staff members got rotated around my table to prep me for infills. After the 4th staffer just got up and walked off, I was ready to pay a minimal fee and leave with virtually nothing done, only machine filed nails. I've never felt so "processed". Terrible customer service. I was charged top $ for very below average nail job. I will not be back. (Here's a tip for free - try providing customers with one on one service (one technician to one client) with a bit of a smile and a little eye contact!)

Machined my nails with a course head and the job was so lumpy that I ended up spending 6 hours filling the surface down to fix it. When I removed them, the machining left the nails so thin and brittle that they're chipping off and splitting away from the nail bed.

I was lucky that the lady doing my nails did an alright job and I came out with all of my skin still on my fingers (which is a bonus). My friend that I went with was not so lucky, she had her nails hacked at and did not receive the advertised services due to being rushed and inexperienced staff.
