I wish I can give them a zero. For Christmas I came here got my nails and lashes done. At 640pm on a Friday. The nails where pretty the lashes where ok (some where crooked). But with the price being so reasonable and them taking me last minute. I was happy and tipped 20$ extra. Few days after I got my nails two completely cut in half like the full set was not glued down well. A week after I had 5 left. I didn't even feel or realize when they came off. Nevertheless, I came back they were packed. I waited 45 mins. Finally she got to me. All I wanted was lashes. She gave me individual clusters instead of individuals like I asked and used this super glue that irritates me. I had to run and drop my children off so I paid and ran. It was peak time on Saturday afternoon, yet they got us both in chairs for pedicures right away. I don't mind waiting for a service when I'm soaking my feet and have the massage chair going. All the employees laughed and joked around with us, especially my ticklish husband! We both agreed it was the friendliest place we'd ever been for pedis. We'll definitely be back!! Read Less

The service was horrid! I waited twenty minutes. At the time of my arrival, there were no customers waiting. My husband and I asked for mani/ pedis. After waiting a lady came in for acrylic and they skipped us after having us soak for all this time.I asked to speak with manager. She stated Manager could not speak English. Then said after she started the lady she would start me. My husband decided to leave and wait in the car. Shortly after the manger came and drained my water and threw my new paper on the floor and said go.  I never yelled or screamed, I simply asked to speak with a manger.I've never seen a business run so poorly. I came to visit LA from Cali and my nails needed to done so I decided to come over to this small nail spa and I absolutely loved this place.  It was nicely designed and the best part is that it doesn't smell like other typical nail salons.  The nail shop was well ventilated and they had the nicest workers there.  I was able to also get my hair done and my eyebrows done while I was there.  They had a variety of nail polishes and the best part is that they also have a variety of gel colors. Their pedicures were amazing because they do the sea salt scrub and then an oil based scrub leaving my legs feel soft.  After that they had a hot towel and the best part was the hot stone that they rubbed on the bottom on my feet. I felt like I was in a high end spa back in Los Angeles. They also had relaxing music being played in the spa so I felt really relaxed.  If you are in the area and want to have a relaxing time I would say go out to this Nail salon.
