Absolutely not worth a rating at all. The owner is the rudest out the bunch. She does not take her time, and is not consistent. I came in with a few nails still on and I told her that I would like to have them soaked off. She insisted she do it her way. She actually cut my finger, and cracked my nail bed. Never again. Then had the nerve to try and drill over the crack. She didn't try to put anything on the wounds at all. Never again.Read Less

if u ever go here, ask for the owners service. i never gotten my nails done but i used to always do my eyebrows. she had two new workers and i ask "not too thin" and they come out thin as ever and she accidentally cut too much with the scissors. idk why they rush so much. and the owner is nicer. i'm never going again tho!Read Less

My first 2 visits were awesome. On the third visit I was overcharged for a refill for a "repair" that was not done. When I asked about it the workers were rude and the one who actually did the work went to the back room and ignored me. When I asked for the owners name I was told that the girl who did my nails and overcharged me was the owner. My nails are now lifting 3 days later and one popped off. I'm very disappointed In my service as well as the unprofessional attitudes from the workers. I would not recommend this place to anyone as I will never return. Read Less

The staff here is very friendly, but the quality of their work is poor. I went in for gel nails and eyebrow wax. When I left, the gel polish was still wet, and the lady told me it would dry by the time I got home. For those of you familiar with gel nails, you know that's not the case. I used to love the way they did my nails. Now, the guy they have working there rushes and does what he thinks you will like then he has to fix my nails over. The owner is the only one I let touch my,hands and feet now. And make sure to bring your own mani and pedi set bc when they are busy they dont clean between sessions. I rated them 3 stars bc they do have potential but them need to get back to how they were and cater to the customer. Read Less
