I got a gift certificate from Christmas that I have gotten for the past 3 years or so... first two times were pedicures and this last time (yesterday) I got my nails done. I’ve been here previously to get my nails done and had a somewhat okay experience but everytime I go in with my certificate it’s like they do a half job because I’m not paying. Just because I didn’t pay doesn’t mean I don’t tip for good work! This lady first started my nails she didn’t clip, file, or clean them before going right in an putting on my tips. Then she started cutting them without even asking me how long. She then proceeds to go on very quickly might I add I was out in 20 mins 🤔 after not doing the things EVERY other nail place I’ve ever been to does... she put the acrylic on and I say I don’t want it so thick just not too thin. She put in on so thin in one spot it was already coming off... probably because she didn’t skim my nails with the grinder before even putting it on. So I finally said I need more acrylic there and she got mad started yelling in another language to her coworker. She said fine you want more I put more and she hurried out it on and threw my hand toward the light. By then I knew if I didn’t keep my mouth shut I would get thrown out so I let her finish. I wanted the solar nails to begin with but I guess since i had a certificate that meant I couldn’t afford it or something... when I got home my nails were crooked and NOT square and the nail is already starting to come off of the real nail. I had to purchase nail glue and more over coat because they did one thin coat and put me under a broken dryer that had one light bulb. I will never get my nails done here again these people are rude and do not take their jobs seriously because they get angry when a customer wants perfection? You will not get my business again and I’ll make sure I let my aunt know not to purchase certificates from you anymore And will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere because anywhere has to be better than you rude individuals. They are very sweet and perfectionists to the core. I know th manager and he would have never been ugly with anyone unless they got ugly with him first and for no reason. Best place in town to get your nails and toes done. I won't go anywhere else! Read Less

Absolutely horrible experience. I went in and no one even acknowledged me for about 10 minutes. Once someone asked what I needed I still waited for about 20 minutes which didn't make sense because there were only 2 people in the salon. When I finally sat down to get my nails done the women spoke no English so she had to have someone translate what I was saying. All I wanted was them to round it out a little because they looked huge and flared out. She got annoyed and so did the "manager" and someone new started working on my nails. Apparently she couldn't do it either so in the middle of me speaking the "manager" said that I can just leave. I will NEVER step foot into this place again. Do not waste your time.
