Pedicure was good; refill for gel nails not so great. 1 nail popped off, 3 others lifting from the cuticle...its like the lady didnt put enough product or they cut it like Ive heard some people do. Very nervous if I touch the tip of my nails too hard they'll rip off. Will soak them off asap...

Staff was pleasant and apologetic, but I won't be a repeat customer. The girl doing my pedicure didn't look a day over 16 and took a chunk out of the side of my toe. It bled through the entire pedicur...
Staff was pleasant and apologetic, but I won't be a repeat customer. The girl doing my pedicure didn't look a day over 16 and took a chunk out of the side of my toe. It bled through the entire pedicure and wouldn't stop to even get them painted. Leg massage was minimal and that's why I went for a pedicure. Ended up in more pain after than when I started. Sadly my first and last experience with magic nails.

The first time I came, pedicure was awesome - took 35 minutes. Guy was super nice.
Today was horrible. No one understood that the water was too hot. Girl was buffing my skin, not my nails. Cutting my cuticles while her hands were slippery with lotion. Terrified I was about to get cut up. Took 15 min from beginning to end.

Horrible experience. The person who was doing my nails would leave to go to another customer. And cut my nails so short they look ridiculous. Waste of my money and time.

Totally unprofessional and rude. When someone is waiting for an hour the very least that one could do is acknowledge them. Completely unprofessional.

Staff was pleasant and apologetic, but I won't be a repeat customer. The girl doing my pedicure didn't look a day over 16 and took a chunk out of the side of my toe.
