So so unorganized, unless you have the whole day to spend in a place and watch every one else that's arrived after you get manis an pedis. When all you've been waiting for is to get your eyebrows done...
So so unorganized, unless you have the whole day to spend in a place and watch every one else that's arrived after you get manis an pedis. When all you've been waiting for is to get your eyebrows done. Sat and waited way to long 2 and a half hours. Sad excuse for business

The staff was very nice, but my nails were disappointing. They weren't straight and they were very sloppy. Will not be getting my money again. Also, I asked for acrylic nails and she did powder instead, saying she believed it would look better. That's nice, but not what I asked for

I was in the area visiting and decided to quickly call the number on the roadsign for a drop-in manicure. I didnt see the name on the sign correctly and mispronounced it when I called, the woman answe...
I was in the area visiting and decided to quickly call the number on the roadsign for a drop-in manicure. I didnt see the name on the sign correctly and mispronounced it when I called, the woman answering quickly and sharply corrected me, therefore.......my business taken elsewhere. First impressions matter! It may be the greatest place in Gonzales but her response to my error was enough for me to seek another salon.

The owner Nancy is VERY VERY RUDE!! As soon as I walked in I was asking is there a wait bc I was paying for me and my sister nails. So I said "I will one set fill in and one Mani pani" she responds "why you need full set and Mani pedi that's ridiculous". So then we get seated and the picture of nails I had ik it wasn't nail polish I wanted to know if they had a polish close to the color and she was like "why you showing her nails that's not even for toes that's powder you just want white?" Also Nancy couldn't comprehend that I wanted my big toes silver and the rest white but the lady that was doing my feet understood perfectly. Then when it came down to my full set and I showed a picture of the nails I wanted her response was "we don't do powder, we don't do ombre, your nail bed short hers full it looks good on hers but horrible on yours". The lady that did my feet did my nails and she did a wonderful job and was lovely but the owner had a horrible, nasty, attitude. They didn't have glitter, didn't do ombre, prices were OVER PRICED! Got charged $4 extra for length, $4 extra for shape plus the $25 for both full sets. And then $25 for a regular pedicure. Spent $88 today! Never going back will find another nail shop that will do it!

The lady was rude and very unprofessional. I’m new to the area and it was my 3rd experience with this place. The technician who’s fluency was the best was the one who gave me such bad service! I expressed to her how l felt about her telling me to not to look at my nails while she was doing them! It’s sad that I also experienced some prejudice when she asked me to pay for my nails first but didn’t ask the white lady next to me who had the same acrylic set I was getting! She s...aid it was so I wouldn’t mess up my nails, but after trying to give them the benefit of the doubt l witnessed another customer they didn’t make pay for their nails (Caucasian) before they polished them! At that point I held my peace until my nails were done drying! I’ll take my business somewhere where I’ll be treated with way more decency! She didn’t even say Thank you or Happy Thanksgiving like she did to her other customers! I guess it was because she didn’t like that I expressed to her my dissatisfaction. Also referring my family and friends to any nail salon besides couture nails! Ver más

I moved to Gonzales 3 years ago and haven't been anywhere else since! Im here visiting home for the weekend and I refuse to leave tomorrow for NY without stepping into Couture Nails! Nancy is a pro at what she does and very informative. Her shop is always clean. If your ever in the area THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!

TERRIBLE. Showed a picture of what I wanted and she told me no bc lighting in pics are different so color would t be the same? I just want you to pick me a color similar to it.. But no she told me to go pick something out myself. Asked for almond shape and almost ALL of my nails are crooked and go to the right. So rude NEVER going back. My hands and feet are in so much pain.

Really great place to get your nails done. They do offer typical salon services.Nancy is super nice. This is my second visit and she remembered me and everything we talked about last visit. I thought that was neat- it felt very personal.I'm not a huge fan of the actual act of getting my nails done. The nail file freaks me out! But, Nancy does a great job and the end result is always fabulous.The lack of star is due to the fact that I did not get the hand massage today. So disappointing. It's my favorite par.

I was in the area visiting and decided to quickly call the number on the roadsign for a drop-in manicure. I didnt see the name on the sign correctly and mispronounced it when I called, the woman answering quickly and sharply corrected me, therefore.......my business taken elsewhere. First impressions matter! It may be the greatest place in Gonzales but her response to my error was enough for me to seek another salon.
