Visited Clou this morning for a pedicure and a toes and nails paint for my 4 year old. The salon was very clean and smelled like fresh oranges. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Great pedicure with lots of massaging, which is great. Then the man who did my little girls toes made her feel so special. A little filing and offered her glitter for her toes. I went with a bridal party a year ago, and the service was amazing. There were 6 of us and it was just the owner and his wife, but they did not rush at all. They alternated from hot to cold like squeezing oranges on our legs and feet, and ending with mint lotion. Mmm it was amazing. The only downside I'm finding now is that it's difficult to contact the store! The phone number isn't listed on their fb page, and when calling the one listed here, it says "the person you're trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time." I really hope they didn't close :( If I didn't live out of town, I'd make an appt in person. Read Less

I made it to the nail shop about 30 mins before it closed, still no one rushed to start on me (which I love because I know what it's like to be the person having your experience rushed to fit more people in) Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. This place is awesome! It's very clean and modern looking. I loved the atmosphere. Now if you're not a regular, the attitude of the owner does not seem as welcoming. They aren't that personable but Mary did an awesome job in my pedicure, manicure and eyebrow waxing. I will be back but will be sure to make an appointment with her next time! Read Less

It was a relaxing, clean, and friendly environment. It smells great inside because of the orange slices they put in the water for the pedicures, instead of overwhelming you with the scent of nail polish. I got a mani/pedi for $50 which included massage, exfoliating scrub, and hot towel wrap. I paid with card and left the tip that I wanted to without any pressure at all. Very wonderful service, lovely people, reasonable prices. They offer you water and candy/snacks. They take their time and are very patient and they did a wonderful job on my nails. Only reason I did not leave 5 stars is because I'm not exactly sure what kind of acrylic they use for your nails, but I haven't had any issues with it yet. I have been looking for a nice, clean, and polite nail salon to go to and I finally did! Me and my grandmother spent the day together and I have finally talked her into getting a mani and pedi, (being that it was her first time ever getting one)  and I think she will be getting one more often. As we walked in we were welcomed and was told to pick a color, afterwards the gentleman sat my grandmother and I down for our manicures and offered us something to drink! Then we got started,  never had I have my hands soak in water and lime. It was very nice and made my hands feel amazing just by soaking. I do have to say they were very gentle with everything, usually when I go get a mani and pedi it will hurt and I will bleed, when they trimmed up my cuticles I couldn't even feel it. NOW their pedicures are the absolute BEST!! I never had an oranges in my water nor mixed in with the scrub for my legs. Along with the hot towels. Last but definitely not the least, they were so very attending to my grandmother being that she is almost 80 years old and has a hard time with her knees. They were there to assist her anytime she need to move or stand up. I couldn't thank them enough for being so patient with us, and taking care with anything we needed. I've been on the hunt for a nail spa in the area and have been wanting to try this place. I finally was able to make it work and was able to get a Shellac manicure today. I left very pleased and with a desire to return. The girl did an amazing job on my nails and made sure to take her time. The atmosphere is very nice and chic and it's very neat and organized. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because I was not yet able to try a pedicure there. There were plenty of Shellac and regular nail polish options. The prices are very reasonable, similar to most other nail places. I'll definitely be returning and my hopes are that I can make it my new go-to! Read Less

I was 9 months pregnant when I decided to treat myself to a pedicure. When I went to pay, I was informed that the credit card machine was down so I had to walk to the store nearby to take out some cash. When I exhaustedly returned and tendered the cash, the technician decided how much tip she deserved and only gave me a portion of my change instead of giving me my full change and allowing me to tip her myself. I literally had to ask for my money back because she gave herself about a 30% tip. In addition to the terrible customer service, the pedicure itself was overpriced. I usually only write reviews if my experience was really bad or really good and in this case it was really good!  I arrived an hour before they closed but "T" still took his time and didn't rush at all.  He was really nice and while my nails were drying he even asked me if I wanted water or a cold drink.  The salon was really nice inside and very clean.  I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this salon! The first two times I came here, I loved it! Since then the quality of the pedicure has gone way down hill. For $50, you'd expect a nice environment, quality technicians, and at the minimum a nice foot massage. Yesterday, the technicians were more interested in being friends with each other, talking about what one of them will get from her 93 year old neighbor "that has her a big house" when she dies, etc. My mom and I did not receive any leg massage, I didn't receive hot towels or the masque until after my toes were painted, and my mom didn't even get a top coat! I was also asked to sign their iPad and tip the technicians right in front of them! We maintained our cool and we're polite, but we will not be returning. At twice the price of most nail salons for a pedicure, you are left wondering what on earth you paid for. Read Less

Absolutely loved this place! It's a small operation, the owner/operator is very friendly and personable. I came in needing two nails repaired and a pedicure. She provided me some really good recommendations for strengthening my nails from months of acrylic and gel powder. She did a great job on my pedicure. I loved the setup of the nail booths and the pedicure area. It is def a good place for a "girls day" or bridal/baby shower party idea.  She gave me the polish that she used on my toes, which I think is the norm here with regular nail polish. The Shellac polish may be different. She does not do acrylics or gel powder, she is more focused on nail health and growth. Prices are similar to the typical nail shops. Go and pay this small local business owner a visit, you won't be disappointed! Read Less
