I walked in to get gel polish. I was not greeted I was only asked what was I there for after sitting there for 15 mins. My entire wait was 40 mins. I only waited because someone told me they did really great nails. The tech was very short and rude. She did not want to do my nails like the picture I showed her. She was very fast and I was out in 10 mins. My nails are ok not great. She didn’t say sorry for the wait or anything. I will NOT be returning nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

I've been here a few times and they always did a good job, had even recommended this place a couple times in the past. Today I was there for a manicure with my mother. I called beforehand to find out if they were busy and was told no come in now and we wouldn't have to wait long. We went. Never in my life would I have believed one of the women working there would openly make fun of/gossip and laugh at one of their own clients to another client whom she was servicing at the time. Through the mask she wears, I can hear her clearly from multiple seats away and felt very uncomfortable. I told the man working on my nails that it made me uncomfortable and told me she is the manager Maya and there's no reason to complain because nothing would be done, and that in fact it seems to be pretty normal around there. The team always does a great job. Even if we've been away for awhile, they remember us. They do a wonderful job with my daughter who is extremely shy! We are always satisfied with the services and the price is very reasonable compared to other places in the area. I recommend the deluxe pedicure. I went in and got a full set. I decided to go with an oval shape. I hated the shape from the minute that MYA did them. Everyone in the nail shop could not believe the way my nails looked. Nobody behind me wanted to go to her. Mya told me to come back the next day. The next day she refused to change the shape only to change the polish. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This place is the only place I've been to in the area and it's fantastic! The service is good, the people are friendly and the prices and fair. However, recently I've been going and they have a new guy names Vance or Van. He's very friendly and does a pretty okay job at pedicures, but he is not very good at refills. Within 2-3 days, I'm already missing a nail when he does it. Not only that, but when he waded my eyebrows when every thing is finished, he always mentions how I should give him a tip. Demanding for one almost. It's off putting and not okay. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt because he's new, but he really need practice. Ask for Maya, she's the best! Read Less

Was looking for a new place to get my nails done but this will not be it. I had gel nails when I got there and soaked them off. They didn't all come off so instead of soaking longer they filed the gel nails off. I had to get the guy to reshape my nails several times because he made them very uneven. The polish looks horrible and it's all on my cuticles on some nails and not even close on others. Will never go back. Read Less

I had a great time there. My cousin sty up an appointment for her wedding party, and they did am amazing job! The salon is beautiful, fun atmosphere, and astounding fish tank. Business is good and they are expanding to offer services in entire strip mall. Prices are reasonable, less than most competitors. Lots of bonus courtesies and special treatment. Work is consistently high quality. There is special area for little girls' princess parties. Flatscreen Tvs with movies make the time fly by. I routinely get mani-pedi-brows. Read Less

I have been coming here for years now and out of all the other salons I have been to this is by far my favorite! Everyone is so nice and friendly. There are plenty of shellac colors to choose from but not so many to where the choice is overwhelming! The prices are reasonable for the services.
