This is my go to place. I always get my nails done and am so satisfied. But now i doubt the service there. I had made an appointment for 6:30pm and i asked if they had time for a refill and color change. Usually I enjoy this place. But the 2 girls on shift seemed like they were rushing. Upon showing the lady who assisted me a picture of the idea i was looking for when she asked me to pick my nail polish color i asked if she could do something like the picture i had for the ho...lidays. She answered yes we have tho colors I can do it. While she painted my nails the colors were nothing like the picture i showed her. I stopped her and asked her to change it and also if she had anything similar to what i showed her. She said No and continued with the colors that i did not like or want. Maybe she was rushing or didn't care. Really disappointed and kind of makes me mad because customers pay for the services and i think as a nail tech or any customer service job the time and consideration should be taken if i was looking for a certain look. Basically i left with nails i WAS NOT satisfied with. Maybe it was a new staff member but all should be trained the same to make sure the customer leaves with what they anticipated for. Over an hour wait for my appointment. It was at 4:30. By 5 I asked if they were sure they had time & they said yes. 5:30 rolls around. a girl had an appointment at 5 and she got in before me. They were not sympathetic to me, or my time. I wasted an hour of time before walking out. Usually enjoyed this place. :( I know it's the holidays but please don't overbook and waste people's time...

Had a bad experience. Waited an hour past my appointment I had made- and just bad service. Didn’t correct or feel sorry for my drive in and hour long wait because they overbooked appointments.

Went to Halee Nails recommended by my future sister-in-law after a terrible experience at a salon in Sherwood Park. I saw Ha, and I know she has seen My Kim in the past. The service was AMAZING. I was on a time crunch, and they accommodated that. Ha did the perfect job with the shape, color, and design (even though they didn't have foil nails, she did an amazing job replicating it!!!!) The salon was clean, much busier than I was expecting but they made me feel welcome and got me in immediately. I paid $60 for UV gel, design on my ring fingers, and "foil" on two other nails. Pretty reasonable in comparison. Now just to see how they hold up - though I'm sure they'll be great! Thanks again Ha!!!

I have been there a couple of times but today will be my last. I wanted a ombre french manicure and ended up with nails that look straight white nail Polish on my nails. Everytime I go I ask for something specific and show pics but they tell me they don't copy other designs. Very unfriendly in there today

Most rude humans I have ever met! Walked in and nobody was in there (of course). One man was on his phone on the waiting bench with his feet up and the little short lady was on the pedicure chair on h...
Most rude humans I have ever met! Walked in and nobody was in there (of course). One man was on his phone on the waiting bench with his feet up and the little short lady was on the pedicure chair on her phone. When me and my sister walked in the lady said "what you want" her tone was so nasty I just stood there in shock and finally said, Polish change. Then she sits us down and throws down the samples for us to pick out color. At this point I'm heated, but I still let her start. She started taking off my Polish (very roughly) and when my thumb was titled upward she starts bending it downward yelling "can you put it down, what's wrong with you!" I said "omg, (stood up) come on Kaitlin" I proceeded to tell her that they were extremely rude and I would go down the street. apparently I didn't look upscale enough for her to pay me some respect! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
