Was my first time ever going to a nail salon. I thought it was top notch. The facility was clean the staff was warming and experienced. I had a deluxe pedicure and it was amazing. I also recieved an eye brow wax, which was also my first time. the staff made me feel relaxed and accepting of these new experiences. I will most definitely be a returning customer. my only negative feedback was at time of checkout, their card system was down temporarily. It wasn't a big deal, they were still able to accept cash, however I only had my card, I had to wait maybe 5 minutes while they reset the system. I was not impressed. Mediocre at best and they have a very pretty little girl working that literally does not stop talking! I had a headache before finishing and literally left without polish. I had planned mani/pedi left without that. Polishes were not plentiful and was going to have to settle for what I didn't want anyway. I'll always choose Sunshine Nails over this place even though they are rude and talk about people atleast they do good nails. Read Less

Don't pay extra for the heel treatment. Pedicure was mediocre. There were several flies were buzzing around, real turn off. The only pro was that it was opened on Sunday. Had to come home and file my toes because they were so crooked. Read Less

I've been a regular here for a long time. The staff is really nice and are always so personable. The prices are very competitive and they offer good nail polish like OPI, China Glaze, DND, Essie, Gelish and have almost every color available in regular polish AND gel. I'm a big fan of gel so that's important to me. I love the hot stone pedicures. They just remodeled the whole salon and did a fabulous job! Kim and Nicky can count on me coming in for a long time. Very friendly employees however was a little surprised by the price for a mani/pedi...and when I looked at my pedicure the night I noticed it had already started to chip and my toenails weren't exactly cut in the prettiest manner. My cuticles are also destroyed on my fingers...its been a couple of days and the cuts are still painful enough to the point that I'm walking around with band aids on my fingers...avoid if possible as unfortunate as it is...the employees were so friendly... Very nice people working here. However, when I went in for a lip wax, the lady made a big deal about washing her hands first BUT proceeded to dip the same stick in the wax several times. She should use a different one each time. She put the dry end of the stick in her mouth when she pulled the strip! She also used her bare hands, no gloves.
