Horrible. The younger guy was really good and patient. The elderly man was horrible. He rushed my nails. I asked him for a thin acrylic layer. I asked over and over again and he didn’t even try to. My nails looked huge and they were all un even. He doesn’t value customers desire at all. I will never go there again!

overpriced . kept telling the woman I wanted a simple regular manicure . she kept repeating gel lasts longer till I just gave in . she was very rough and it burned extremely bad when she put my nails ...
overpriced . kept telling the woman I wanted a simple regular manicure . she kept repeating gel lasts longer till I just gave in . she was very rough and it burned extremely bad when she put my nails under the light. the polish only ended up lasting 3 days before chipping off.

Horrible work. After getting nails done, sat to for 10 minutes. Touched 1 nails over 39 minutes and the polish came right off and some of the other nails got messed up when I touched them to check if they were dry. WILL Never go back and will let others know.

Customers are not valued in this establishment!! Quality of work is poor and when you complain about the poor work employees get defensive and blame YOU for the reason your nails are not done right! The older male nail tech is the worst. Bad attitude and provides horrible work. He has had to redo my entire nail set twice! It's not worth your time or money. You've been warned!!

I've been to a lot of nail salons in the surrounding New Orleans area over the years and Nails etc is by far the best out there! Most nail salons do sloppy work bc they're quick to get you in & out, but these ladies actually take pride in their work. They provide excellent customer service and go above & beyond to make sure every customer has a great experience. Not to mention they're actually open on Mondays and are open by appointment only on Sundays!!

Horrible. The younger guy was really good and patient. The elderly man was horrible. He rushed my nails. I asked him for a thin acrylic layer. I asked over and over again and he didn’t even try to. My nails looked huge and they were all un even. He doesn’t value customers desire at all. I will never go there again!

Most nail salons do sloppy work bc they're quick to get you in & out, but these ladies actually take pride in their work. They provide excellent customer service and go above & beyond to make sure every customer has a great experience.
