I am mortified. I have been coming to this place for YEARS and I have never had a bad experience. There has to be a new owner or something because I went there to get my eyebrows waxed and a new woman was there and she had no idea what she was doing. She waxed MY EYELID. If I could give negative star I would. I came in wasn’t greeted wasn’t asked what I wanted or anything. A women cane in 15 minutes after me and they asked what she wanted and worked on her before me. They set us in the chairs at the same time but actually start working on her while I waited. Once a nail tech was available she started to clean my polish off left and left me alone to continue on with another customer . They didn’t respect my time and didn’t pay attention to their customers. Anytime you walk in the door makes a noise so there was no way they didn’t know when I walked in. HORRIBLE SERVICE Read Less

Zero star. Worst service, long waiting, pricing is above average and NO Air Conditioner! Charge me above average price when your quality of nail stations and techs are worth it. I came here twice within two days of each other. First on a whim, second because I wanted the same color. My mistake. Another long wait for three different techs to work on my refill. Tech got mad because I voiced at her with trying to over price me but you provide lack of cool air in this shop. Aside from that I wish I would get a reply back from the owner whom while I was sitting waiting she was tapping to her two customers about how terrible the landlord of the building is. How ironic isn't? Needs upgrade on nail stations, hire reliable technicians, and get a working AC Unit. Oh btw they sell granola bars, can drinks and water bottles, as well as perfumes. I'm sure they have permits for that, right?!?! Wrong. So quick to sell basic water yet holding back AC and quick to upcharge. Read Less
