I have been to Nails 4 U many times. Nails 4 U has left a good impression on me. They were really wonderful people. I had a French pedicure. The spirit of work was excellent. I don't know about the whole place but Nails 4 U is the best nail salon! I live in Bossier City And I always drive to Nails 4 U when I'm free.! The owners are lucky to have employees like her.!!! It's been years since she did my nails first time and I would never go to anyone else! First customer service was fabulous.Nails 4 U was my first time here and I came to get my nails fixed because another company did a horrible job. I thought they would just remove the whole nail and re do them. The wait time was a little long and I didn't mind at all, wasn't in a hurry. They are very attentive, and make sure that you are happy. I appreciate the fact they do not try and rush you out. The prices are great and I'll definitely be back. Thank you very much for doing my nails and making them look great. Right from the moment I walked in had the idea of gel nails shoved down my throat, a constant, even after politely declining she continued. She seemed really impatient with me like she did not want me to be there at all and not only was she rude she only half cared to make my pedi enjoyable. Not even 10 minutes after I left (after a good half hour or more of drying) my nails are just peeling off. So not only did she charge me a whopping 100 dollars for my not great toes and peeling fingers, I had to spend 12 dollars more to buy polish to try and salvage it. Read Less

So I walked in and it looks ok. It's not like overly nice. I always go first thing when they open because I have a thing with nail salons. So I walk in and they sit me in a chair. She automatically starts trying to sale me stuff. Upgrade pedi, do mani, gel nail, you need to get the upgrade it make your feet feel better. After saying no to everything repeatedly twice she finally gets started in painting my toes. After being rushed out of the chair and to the register to pay I realize they don't have a drier. So after I pay I walk out trying my best to not mess up my wet nails. Sure enough I get in my car and they are messed up. I understand it was my fault but if they had a dryer I would have let them dry before I walked out. I was so upset I get out of my car to see that the paint job on the rest my toes were horrible. They would have got one star but I went back in and they redid it for free. So they get three stars. Not that bad but not that great. Will I come back? Ehh. I'm new to the area, however have been getting my nails and feet done for years. They provided service pretty fast, I appreciate that. I received a basic pedicure w/ regular polish and a fill in with gel polish. The service was different compared to what I'm used to. He completed my nails and never asked me to go wash my hands, that may be little but was a first for me...what I couldn't get pass was the bill. I'm still trying to figure out what services did I receive for $75. I've had gel polish, pedicure and wax and haven't paid $75. On top of that; my nail is already chipped and this was just yesterday! Don't go there unless you like to hear them talking about you in their language. The guy owner didn't even bother to clean the pedicure tub for the next customer. Came back for a manicure, he said I must have an appointment even 4 nail techs was walking around talking. I will be looking for another nail salon. Read Less

Went there for a brow wax. I was visiting from out of town, and this was a recommended place. Waxing was gentle and quick, with awesome results!! Prices a little high, but you will be happy with the results! Read Less

I will never return to this nail salon or recommend it to anyone!!!!! I went in and they got me right in for a polish change on my toes and a manicure. My nails were in baaaaad shape. I had just taken off my tips from a few weeks ago and there was some residual acrillyc, she tried to take it off and informed me it would be extra to remove it. No problem, i realized they were in pretty bad shape. They couldnt get it all off or remove all my dark colored nail polish, i was very understanding. The young lady doing my nails was very annoyed and was acting impatient, which was confusing because there was no one waiting nor was it close to closing time. I realized my nails required a little extra attention and was prepared to tip accordingly. She did not push my cuticles back or remove the dirt from under my nails. When i asked her just to remove the dirt, she said what are you talking about in a very rude tone. She continued to work as if she was annoyed and I was inconveniencing her. I work in the service industry and I believe I treat all workers with respect and politely. I still tipped her well but will not be back and was very disappointed I was treated so disrespectfully.
