Horrible!!! Rude!!!! Kim is rude and her husband cuts you! Beware this place. It might be cheap but it’s not worth it!!! Health Department needs to shut them down!!!!

Omg, the lady is so rude, I was paying for manicure and buff, and she was so rude. Messed my nails all the way and had a problem

I should have went some place else... Pulling up, no one was there, which was a clear sign
The guy who did my nails, does not know how to apply acrylic nails, let alone polish. It's been two days ...

The guy who did my nails, does not know how to apply acrylic nails, let alone polish. It's been two days and I'm already experiencing a lift. I'm visiting from Atlanta and would've thought that I could have gotten better service. Clearly the 5 star reviews here are lies. His 'clear coat ' is actually tinted yellow.

Was hesitant to try them after seeing bad reviews, but then I realized the demographic in the area isn't very "reasonable"..... This salon has been here for decades, so I gave them a try. At Kim's Nai...
Was hesitant to try them after seeing bad reviews, but then I realized the demographic in the area isn't very "reasonable"..... This salon has been here for decades, so I gave them a try. At Kim's Nails, they were prompt, fast, and detail-oriented. He was friendly but focused, so I can see how someone can misunderstand. My nails are clean, nice, and exactly as I wanted (I just got acrylic overlay on my natural nails). Plus, they were $5 cheaper than the other place I used to go to. I'm going to make them my main place. I really like my nails. They look and feel great.
