I have been going here for several months now but the service they provided this evening put them over the top.  Vicky is absolutely outstanding.  I called roughly an hour before their closing time (needed pedi and refill), they could have easily told me they didn't have time and come back tomorrow.  Instead they told me come in and they would take care of me.  Closing time was 7:00 pm but they stayed well over an hour past closing to do a much needed full set after my pedi.  Not a lot of places are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I'm frustrated at the the cost. I asked before hand and I was told $25 for a new set. I understand that a design and pink powder cost more, but when I got my total it was $45! I did not get gel. I had a new set pink powder and a French manicure. I will never go here again I feel absolutely ripped off. I paid without a fight because it was busy but I am disappointed and I was definitely overcharged. Never again. Read Less

I love QT Nail Bar!!! They really take their time so I can relax instead of feeling rushed. I been to many nail salon and not feel fully satisfied with my nails. I mean yes I am very picky but if QT Nail Bar could satisfy my OCD why can't the other ones. To be precise QT doesn't go pass my cuticles or sides where when it grows out to snag on my clothing and hair like a lot of nail salons do. Nor does my nails look like molehills or bubbles! They actually look and feels natural. For the pedicure, the lemongrass herbal and jelly pedicures were phenomenal! The pedicurist I had gave such a great massage I wish it never ended. Alas! I give the two starts because they do a really decent job. However I have been there more than 3 times and every time with appts and they really don't respect the customer's time. They help multiple customers at the same time. The last time I called to get two nails fixed, they told me they could help me so I went in. He put the nail and before he was done he started helping other customer. This time (3rd time this happen) I needed to get to work so I told him I was sorry but if you can't help me I have to leave because I have to work. I asked him how much I own them and with the unfinished nail the bad customer service he still charmed me the $6 for "fixing" my nails. He just put the acrylic, no file, no polish, no nothing. Very disappointed.... I wish it will work for me because the location, but if they don't respect their clients And their time...... Read Less
