Awful awful experience! Both my partner and I were gifted a 90 min treatment for the floatation tank, but were both out after 45 mins due to crackling and fading 'on and off' music (real sensory deprivation includes no sound at all) which we were told would be off after 10 mins, this was later denied by management who claim it goes off automatically. Constant dripping of salt water into eyes, had to get out twice because i was blinded. The water was too shallow for my partne...r to float, and his experience was as awful as mine. He buzzed for assistance three times and no-one came. Again..later denied by management that the buzzer had even been used! It really was the polar opposite to a relaxing experience! Even the shower had to run for 10 mins before we got hot water, however even that was preferable to the glasses of lukewarm tap water we were given for after the treatment. It'd also be much more Professional and overall nicer, to have real Spa brand samples of shampoo, instead of cheap supermarket bottles. Muddy wet patches on floor left by previous client, and wet salty residue all over rubber mat..no regard for hygiene/cross contamination between clients at all. Unfriendly Spa Manager, rude and sullen in front of other clients, and the place felt unclean and looked shabby. Even the Nail Technician wasnt engaging with her client and looked miserable, and the overall energy just felt awkward and uncomfortable. I used to work as a Therapist in a famous Scottish Spa, and we would have been on a disciplinary for such poor customer care. No one wants to look at sullen faces before they even get to their treatment room. Also..noone wants asked if they need the bathroom (loudly and abruptly) in front of other clients recieving nail treatment..some privacy would be appreciated. Had the most relaxing experience here today in the floatation tank. I'm pregnant with less than two weeks to go so being weightless and off my feet was the best hour I've had in months. The calming music, warm salt water and the feeling of being weightless in space was unlike any spa treatment I've ever had. I then got a 30 minute pregnancy massage and it almost sent me off into a sleep. It was an amazing feeling being able to lay on my front while getting my massage due to their brilliant pregnancy pillow. Would definitely recommend to anyone. 10/10 from me. The pain in my lower back and tension in my shoulders are gone. Very happy customer ☺️ Read Less
