Worst experience of my life. The customer service here is horrid. The MOM that owns the place can not do nails! And she messed me up. Got an attitude with me and embarrassed me in front of her custome...
Worst experience of my life. The customer service here is horrid. The MOM that owns the place can not do nails! And she messed me up. Got an attitude with me and embarrassed me in front of her customers. I also saw roaches and it wasn't very clean facility.

They was patient and made sure my nails was very well even Made sure my fingernails was dry and they try to get to know me. All the other nail shops that I went to don't do that, the other nail shops...
They was patient and made sure my nails was very well even Made sure my fingernails was dry and they try to get to know me. All the other nail shops that I went to don't do that, the other nail shops that I went to rush, don't take they time on my nails they rush you out they chair. But queens nails they take they time make sure you satisfied. If it's a lot of people their they still go do they job right doesn't matter how many people their and it's worth your wait.
