I highly recommend Alaina Riles. I've been going to Panache for a couple of years now and I LOVE the place. Dwight does wonderful cuts and is very knowlegeable about hair. When i wanted to change to a different natural hair style he highly recommended Alaina. She is relatively new to the salon, and she is FABULOUS! She knew exactly what I wanted and produced the look I was going for. I was very happy with Tammy. She did a fabulous job with my manicure and pedicure. My co workers ranted an raved. She paid attention to detail and did exactly what I was looking for. I've been looking for a nail artist for two years now since I've lived in Baton Rouge and it looks like I finally found someone who does exactly what I'm looking for. She didn't rush me out like a typical nail salon does, she paid attention to detail which is really important to me, and simply put- she does a great job. The shape of my nails are to the T and the paint job is perfect- "clean"  with no bubbles or smudges, no clumping, and its not messy like she was in a hurry or didn't care.  She does her craft very well. This review refers to the nail service at Panache..I had a 1:15 appointment last Saturday with the nail technician.. I was actually there at 12:45 and if she could take me early, fine, and if not, that was fine too. Well, she wasn't available to take me early because she was doing some twists/braids on someone's hair. Fine, no biggie. I checked out the products in the salon and walked to a few stores and came back about 3 minutes until my appointment time. 1:15 (my appoiintment time) passes, 1:20 - nobody, 1:30 - I walk up to the receptionist and ask where the technician was b/c I had an appointment at 1:15. She goes to the back to get her and the nail tech comes out and tells me that her boss has her doing some braids and she wasn't going to be able to get to me for about an hour! MIND YOU! I made an appointment on StyleSeat and it was confirmed with no conflicts for 1:15. She offered for me to come back in an hour or so and just send her a text, ummmm, "No Ma'am!". 1. This salon is nice and well decorated. The owner did my hair when I  was living in BR. He did a good job. On the other hand,  the spa side was breathtaking. A lady named Shawn (an angel) waxed and did my facial's was total awesome. I would recommend her everyone to go to her(if you are in the area). The prices for the hair service are horrific!! You pay for every service individual. There is one stylist there (a female, i can't recall her name. When I remember, I will post it.) her attitude is awful. So, don't go to her (run, fast). Overall, I would recommend this place if you and your girlfriend want a day of pampering, but don't mind spending a lot. I am giving it four stars, just for Shawn. You all stay fabulous !! Read Less
