Terrible place. Didn't clean my nails, left dirt under my nails. Just glued the nail on and didn't listen at all when I asked them to shape them round. They put too much polish on the nails and never dried, They didn't push back my cuticles and now i already need a refill and i got them TWO days ago. DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!!!! This place is unprofessional. The lady that works in there is money hungry. They wouldn't give my mother her change back from the services rendered. The lady also always have an attitude. My nails look very unprofessional, uneven, wide, and lumpy. The young lady who polished my nails had polish all around my nail bed on my skin. I feel like everything was rushed to get the next person in the seat! Stop supporting business who don't value you as a paying customer! Read Less

I was in Baton Rouge for work and had several hours to kill before my flight. I needed to have my nails done so I did as I always do and referred to Yelp for advice. This place had only one review, but it was pretty good and the location was close to the airport.The lady that greeted me at the door was nice enough. (sadly, she didn't do my nails)  I told her that I wanted a pedicure and gel manicure. She went outside and summoned another lady. I was directed to a seat and the second lady sat down in front of me and proceeded to hack away at my old polish with the power sander. I have natural nails and this is the worst way to remove polish from natural nails. She even slipped and took a gouge out of my nail in her haste. I did not say I was in a rush but apparently she was!  I told her that  I wanted them cut down and she only cut down the nails on one hand. The most annoying part of this whole experience is the fact that my nail technician did not say one word to me. I asked her "how are you doing today?" She never responded because the entire time, she was carrying on a conversation via Bluetooth. As soon as she removed my polish, I asked what I owed her and stated that I was not staying to listen to her conversation. Only then, she noticed me and pleaded me to stay.Please learn from this. I am not a picky client, I just believe that customers are owed a lot more attention that this person provided. By the way, my mistreatment cost me $12 to remove my polish and damage my nails. When I walked into the place it was very clean and they got to me right away. When getting my toes polished the chairs were clean and comfortable. She was very gentle with my feet which is something I like, and they don't talk about you like you think they would. She got all of my nail which is another plus that I like and they didn't use big globs of paint. The price is the best yet 14$ for a color change on my nails and toes. And they accept credit cards and cash. Also the woman rush on doing my polish and I hate that as well so when you go tell them to take their time. Read Less
