I am here on a Sunday the Owner loudly speaking in Vietnamese continuously (should use the translator app to understand what he is saying). He’s an aggressive salesman. Ironic bc the employees dont speak to you, they just point to what you should do. Service is below average. Only go if you are in a pinch. Poor service. Not recommended.

Terrible attitude from the young worker , EVERY TIME I COME , she acts as if she doesn't want to work there. They do acrylic nails however they want , when you walk in the salon no one greets you , ask you what do you need or how can they help you . AND THEY SERIOUSLY TREAT YOU BY YOUR SKIN COLOR !!! I witnessed for myself , the man that only does nails be so polite to the caucasian women then walk to a african american woman and say a provocative joke referring to nails . He also said it to me once . His exact words were "She likes her nails like her men; long , thick , and curvy." Which is not something to say about or to a 16 year old . I had a nail (acrylic) that had broken in the middle of my nail, and i came in to get a repair, they put glue in between the cracked nail and filed it together and i was in excruciating pain. I WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN AND I DO NOT REFER YOU TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS.

They didn't even acknowledge I was there. Polish lasted less than an hour. I have never had such horrible service. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I will never go back. Everything is a ru...
They didn't even acknowledge I was there. Polish lasted less than an hour. I have never had such horrible service. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I will never go back. Everything is a rush job.

Awful customer service. I went in on Friday, 6/9(first visit) for a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. The manager was extremely rude and pushy, but the salon was packed so I gave him a pass thinking...
Awful customer service. I went in on Friday, 6/9(first visit) for a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. The manager was extremely rude and pushy, but the salon was packed so I gave him a pass thinking maybe he was just overwhelmed. I noticed a big air bubble in two of my nails that had shellac polish while I was out of town over the weekend, so I went back in today, 6/14 for them to repair the two nails. I was appalled by how extremely rude the two men in the salon were to me. One of the men was the manager. The other guy asked if I had gotten my nails done at their salon and so I showed him the receipt... he laughed (as though shocked I had the receipt) and said oh yes I remember you. The manager comes over and tries to pick the shellac off my nails. I told him it hurt and he kept picking. I then moved my hand back and told him to stop because he was hurting my finger. The other guy comes back and buffs the polish off my nail. The manager kept walking by and staring at me as though I disgusted him. Eventually the manager comes back to do my top coat and tried to pull my hand out before the timer finished. I told him no my nail needs to dry. Had they not rushed me the first time I wouldn't have had to go back. After that no one helped me anymore and so I left. This salon is terrible and I will never go back. I honestly don't understand where all the good reviews are coming from.

Been going to this nail salon for 3 years now and never had a problem until 2 days ago and I got a pedicure.. I have a horrible bacterial infection on both of my feet all of a sudden! It has never appeared to be dirty in there but apparently they aren't as clean as I had originally thought!!

I am here on a Sunday the Owner loudly speaking in Vietnamese continuously (should use the translator app to understand what he is saying). He’s an aggressive salesman. Ironic bc the employees dont speak to you, they just point to what you should do. Service is below average. Only go if you are in a pinch. Poor service. Not recommended.

Terrible attitude from the young worker , EVERY TIME I COME , she acts as if she doesn't want to work there. They do acrylic nails however they want , when you walk in the salon no one greets you , ask you what do you need or how can they help you . AND THEY SERIOUSLY TREAT YOU BY YOUR SKIN COLOR !!!
