I needed a pedicure before I went on vacation I normally go into Lexington but was short on time. The lady made two of my toes bleed and made my heel bleed. I get pedicures often so my feet were not in bad shape. I actually told the lady she was hurting me and you could see the blood on my 2 toes. Very disappointed in the customer service got bounced around from person to person showed them what I was getting quoted one price then ended up paying another then I ended up with claws half a nail on my thumb and when I called to express how I felt about them I was met with a blank stare will never return I suggest going somewhere else where you don't feel like you are being talked about and not a daycare for children Read Less

I will not be back to this place. I got French tips on my nails and my toes. My nails and toes don’t match, as I have gel on my nails and they just did regular on my toes when I specifically said I wanted gel. They rounded my fingers and made my toes square. She left jagged edges on my toes, and one of them is smudged!! The work was extremely sloppy! I wish I could post a picture, but Facebook won’t let me attach an image. Absolutely horrible experience!! The lady doing my nails was to worried about other people around then to focus on doing my nails. So by the time she finished they looked bad! I told her I wasn't satisfied and her response was "I do better next time" I got my first pedicure there and it was awful!!! I always thought getting a pedi was relaxing, but not there! I've gone to Nail Pro 5 for YEARS! They do an awesome job and my nails to not break or pop off! I never have to go in for nail replacements or repairs and they are ALWAYS friendly and remember me and make a point to welcome me back! I went and the man he pulled my cuticle off my thumb and it started bleeding and the dude tried to cover it up without me looking and got alcohol and why did right over it without me even knowing until I glanced over and seen Blood on the napkin and he just said I'm sorry and I and then put something on it and he said this will burn a few seconds but it burned for two days and then on my middle finger he cut me and it started bleeding too many tried to hide it too and now two days later around my fingernail where he cut me is black from the thing you put on it and it's not sore it is black and it's making me really really nervous so if I were you I'd suggest not to go there and I paid $65 for it and the dude kept saying if it comes off in 2 weeks cuz it's gelthat he would redo it Read Less

Horrible experience with them! Took me and my 8 year old friends daughter to get pedis. So the woman Julie did mine and was very rude to me had to sit straight up in chair to make it easier for her when I'm paying for relaxing. Then I nicely explain how I wanted my toes and she snaps I know I know very rude! Then they take 10mins to do 8 year olds pedi and let her sit next to me. And then I get charged 53 dollars when she did not get a pedi if she was in a chair for 10 mins. I called and owner said I should of said something while I was there I said I'm not the type to make a seen in a business and told me not to come back they been here for 10 years lol wow ok very upset only reason we went there cause my regular nail place was busy. They treat you like nothing and don't want to help a unsatisfied customer. I bet only reason people go there is cause you can get in due to all the people they get you in and out and charge 25 for 10 mins on a 8 year olds pedi! I will keep posting and doing what I can to get people to know how they treat people!
