Best salon EVER! You can always count on it being clean. Everyone is so nice and they treat us like family every time we go in there. I was there with my friend. She became unresponsive in the chair. She has epilepsy. She just said, "I don't feel well." And went quiet. She does not fall to the ground or anything. I am talking to her and they are drying our feet off and putting our shoes on us; telling us that we need to go home and come back another day. By the time I get my shoes on and get to her side they have pulled her feet down and are practically pushing her out of her chair. Not once has he stopped... to ask if she is okay or can they do anything for her! All he is talking about is he does not want to fill out insurance papers. He is rushing to get her up and she asks what happened. She tries to stand and is dizzy. I help her sit down and he is still pushing for us to go. I have never seen anyone so inconsiderate of someone. I do not intend to ever go back. What if she had been having a stroke or a heart attack or her seizure had been worse? This place is so phenomenal!!! My Mother and I came for the Hot Stone Pedicure and Tommy and Angelina were fabulous.  They were super accommodating, very sanitary and even offered us beverages, tea, coffee, water.  It was probably the best pedicure I've ever gotten, and I've been all over the US and overseas so I have many experiences to compare with.  My Mother is kind of finicky about her toes and Angelina was extremely gentle and kept checking in with her to make sure she was comfortable and that everything was going well.  I really enjoyed the hot towels and massages, it says 15 min reflexology massage but honestly it felt like 30min in heaven!! They were super friendly and spoke really good English which was great for my Mom's finicky toe situation and with communication.  They were super attentive and hospitable.  And parking wasn't bad at all!! 5 star review hands down!! Owner operator of this salon unprofessional tries to work on to many clients at one time resulting in poor results and long wait after you are in chair. Also he talks about his personal salon issue and personal life. Puts other salons down and does not stand behind his work. He says he had a salon in Lawrencburg that he has no business but has to still pay rent on Sob story so you will feel sorry for him. Quality of work was good the first 3 months then the quality of work went down. I was a regular client for 6 months and the last 3 months I started noticing the quality of my fills to be less than quality with a few nails lifting and breaking between fills and did not stand behind it. Most of all the negative blows to other salons and trying to take to many people at one time and his personal issues with the salon and lack of being able to find quality nail techs is not my problem or yours. I got nail fungus on 3 of my nails only after 3 weeks of them putting acrylic on. On the second week I asked about one of the spots I seen when doing a fill in. Third week went back and told them I could still feel water getting under them to take them off and replace with new tips. That is when he said I had fungus and needed to rest my nails,that I had acrylic on for to long. I asked if he was joking it had only been three weeks. I absolutely love this place! I get my acrylics done here ever so often when I have the money. Because prices are high but my opinion its worth it. When I get my acrylics put on, they last up to 5/6 weeks! That's with doing dishes and working on outdoors stuff and etc... But I also love the customer service. They are all so friendly. And when I was sick and kept coughing they brought me a bottle of ice cold water to help me feel better. They love to talk with you. Its a very relaxing place and I would recommend it to anyone! I came in for the first time on Thursday, July 3rd for a pedicure. Did not receive a friendly or helpful greeting at all. While getting my pedicure 3 of the staff members (all female) were carrying on a very lengthly conversation in their foreign language with each other and continually laughing. Made me feel very uncomfortable and irritated. EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! As I watched other clients come in, they did not receive friendly or helpful greetings either. I will not be back!!! Read Less

I won't be back and my thoughts are my friends won't either after I tell them how my friend was treated in your establishment. You are there to paint nails... Nothing more.
