My daughter and I came in today for the first time. We had a wonderful time. Excellent service and the girls and the one guy were the friendliest we have met. Even though we live an hour away in the country, we will be back!! Thank you and a great job!!

After waiting over an hour and a half to be seen, the technician who was obviously unexperienced, told me he can't do the idea I had.. Nothing too difficult, an ombre color with some glitter and stars. Well as soon as I showed him a picture of what I wanted he said it was too difficult..Okay? This is a salon right? I can do ombre with regular nail polish, I just wanted gel so that it stays for a while..So I dropped the hopes of the ombre. You can still draw the stars right? Lol he indeed could not but the "specialist" can. He leaves me sitting there for 30 minutes and works on another customer!!! The "specialist" comes, shorter older lady with a bob haircut, very rudely says no I can't do that!!! I just waited thirty more minutes for you to not be able to draw a few stars on my nails!?! Then says that gel glitter polish wont work and proceeds to get a powder glitter. Then says is that okay it's $40!! Umm no it's not okay and it's not even close to what I asked for!!! Then says, is just the polish fine? Ummm NO IT IS NOT FINE! She then asks someone else to come draw the stars! I paid $35 for a simple manicure and was treated SO RUDELY!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE! They had the nerve to say "well everyone was waiting" Yeah, not TWO AND A HALF HOURS!!!! I am beyond furious at how I was treated! UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!

Vickie is my favorite and she does a spectacular job with SNS. It would be in your best interest to make an appointment, if not you may be waiting an hour or more.

I had a super great experience with Queen Nails!! The person who did my manicure and pedicure was Ken. He was very professional and kind. He really seem to care if he did a good job, no matter what it took. The young lady that did my nail art was very talented and professional too. Her name is Lynn. I recommend them both. Since having been to Queen Nails off Old Taylor Mill Rd, I realise a lot of things about my last foray with getting my nails done.
The people at the last salon I went to were very unfriendly, rough and the woman who did my fake tips did them WRONG. Last time I did shellac, this time I did some type of powder thing.
I can't express enough how happy I am. I never caught the name of the woman doing my nails, and wished I had. Because she was so thorough and told me about aftercare and what not to do vs what to do and how to fix it if the shine went away. At the last place I went to, it was silent, the tech was a bit rough with me, and she put the fake ALL the way down to my cuticle. Here, the tips were placed ON my tips, she was friendly, checked with me throughout the entire time to make sure I was happy, and recommended the dip powder thing instead of the shellac because shellac isn't always good for your nails.
The place was clean, it didn't smell overly strong of nail polish and I EVEN GOT THE HAND MASSAGE, something that didn't happen at the last place I went to!
The entire time she was doing it I was so incredibly happy, and the tech next to her was friendly as well.
I would recommend this place to anyone, and in fact have a co-worker who gets her nails done regularly. She lives in the area, and I will definitely start telling her to go to Queen Nails!
I don't think they could have done a better job. Just wish I had caught the name of the woman who did my nails!

I think this Beauty & Nail bar is the best ever! The staff are very professional and friendly and the salon looks lovely too! :-) The owner, Sadia is also one of the nicest people I have met. I have used this salon for shellac nails and shellac pedicures, delux and normal, had my eyebrows tinted and face threading done there several times and always been very pleased with the result! :-) I would highly recommend it as I have been to several other places but this comes top's for me! :-)

I enjoy getting a manicure and pedicure at Queen Nails. I hate to wait and they don't accept appointments so I get there as soon as they open. Most of the nail technicians are friendly but it is different from the relationship I had with a nail tech at a salon that is now closed. I was working full time and traveling a lot so I would get a weekly manicure and a monthly pedicure and it was like seeing a friend. Now, that I'm not working, a manicure and pedicure is a special occasion and I feel a little uncomfortable with someone I don't know. Otherwise, the quality of service is excellent. I would recommend to a friend.

I chose this nail salon based on the picture of the chairs. Half the reason I ever get a pedicure is for the chance to soak my feet in one of those massage chairs. The chair was excellent (although it always takes me about half the appointment to figure out the remote). The man who did my pedicure was very nice and did a great job (I got the spa pedicure) and the salon was nice and clean. Fairly priced compared to other places I've been. My only complaint was that the polish on one of the toes fell off 2 days later in the pool.

I hadn't gotten my nails done in years, went to a previous salon and wasn't completely satisfied. I went into Queen Nails for a fill in as my first time there. Not only was I satisfied completely with my nails when I left, but I went in being picky about what I wanted. Kristen did exactly as I asked her and did a design she's never done before and nailed it (pun intended! ) I will most definitely go back and will refer others.
While I was there, too, a young girl came in and had been there earlier in the day. Her mom brought her back bc they were working on something and she messed up one of her nails. They fixed it, no question. Good customer service is a huge deal to me.

I love this nail salon, but generally only get a polish change. Head to a spa for a great manicure or pedicure, but this is the best place for gel polish.

If I could give this place ten stars I would. They are awesome. I've had acrylic nails done, gel nails done, and pedicures and each time its a great experience. I've been to several other nail shops but this by far beats them all. The staff are very curdious and make sure you leave happy! I'd recommend this place to anyone!

I had a super great experience with Queen Nails!! The person who did my manicure and pedicure was Ken. He was very professional and kind. He really seem to care if he did a good job, no matter what it took. The young lady that did my nail art was very talented and professional too. Her name is Lynn. I recommend them both. Since having been to Queen Nails off Old Taylor Mill Rd, I realise a lot of things about my last foray with getting my nails done.
The people at the last salon I went to were very unfriendly, rough and the woman who did my fake tips did them WRONG. Last time I did shellac, this time I did some type of powder thing.
I can't express enough how happy I am. I never caught the name of the woman doing my nails, and wished I had. I enjoy getting a manicure and pedicure at Queen Nails. I hate to wait and they don't accept appointments so I get there as soon as they open. Most of the nail technicians are friendly but it is different from the relationship I had with a nail tech at a salon that is now closed.
