I went in for a manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was great. When we got to the point of the SnS manicure (this was my first one) my technician put on the wrong color. It’s a mistake, it happens. She offered to give me another color, but I did not have the time to stay. I’m giving a 2 Star Review because when she realized that I wasn’t going to stay, she was rude. I still paid for my pedicure, tipped, and planned to come back. However, once she became rude over the inconvenience of a mistake that she made, I will not be returning. Read Less

I've gotten pedicures here a few times now, and although they charge a little more than the place in Lexington I used to go to, I feel it's not too overpriced considering the time they usually spend on the massage. Today I also got S&S for the first time ever and have to say, I'm very pleased. I searched a place with good reviews as I am from out of town. This was a bad choice! I got a SNS manicure and after 4 days I have a cracked nail and you can see every tip! Very poor quality. I've been coming here regularly for a few years for pedicures and gel manicures. I usually get appointments with the same nail tech and he's a perfectionist, and I'm always pleased with the work he does. The salon is clean and the pedicure bowls are lined with disposable plastic liners for each customer. Read Less

I like this place it's the only place I ever go to,but there is one guy there and he argued with me,I asked for him to make my nails long and he said "no they would look weird make them short" I hated them,the next time I went I asked for long nails again,he argued but finally did it,the next day at school everybody complimented on my nails,over all I like this place but I would suggest not going her if you get agitated easily Read Less

Only giving one star because the lady was nice, but what I wanted was not what I got, not a week into my nails are chipping and coming off, wanted gel not acrylics. Way to pricey, and lied to about the prices over the phone. With $15 off certificate still paid $50 on top of that and extremely disappointed! Read Less

The service I received was excellent. I felt pampered and am impressed with how they treat their customers. The environment was top notch. However the price was pricey. 35 for a pedi. Where I'm from, a 20 for a pedi was reasonable. That's why I rate it 3 stars. If I am to return to Richmond I would check out other nail salons. Read Less

Came here for an acrylic fill while visiting my mom. I called in advance and was booked with May for my fill. I had to wait a few minutes past my appt time (but no more than typical for any other nail place). The full was fine, the only thing was she didn't really ask me about the shape, just asked me if it was okay when she was done. They are more round than I like, but because I wear them so short, there would have been no way to correct, so I didn't say anything at the time. Polish looks good, no problems. There are other colors of regular polish and gel colors that are past the nail stations. I didn't see them until after I had already chosen. May did try to upsell to gel polish once, but was not pushy. My fill was $20. Satisfied customer. Read Less

A friend took her four year old special needs daughter for her first pedicure. This beautiful little girl was playing with the massage chair (and let's face it-we all do), but had stopped doing so when her mother told her to. A male employee came over and was extremely hateful to the little girl, scaring her and making her cry. This little angel has been through so much, and to have someone do this is completely unacceptable! I was in from out of town and needed to find a place for a pedicure. My daughter and I searched on my iPhone maps app and selected this salon. We walked in at 8:10 pm on a busy Thursday night- lots of customers and lots of people working. This is a clean and modern salon. Excellent service- no wait. We were done in one hour and did not feel rushed, as the salon closed at 9:00pm. Would definitely recommend. Read Less

I've been here 4 times and every time it's hit and miss. Sometimes they do great, sometimes they do  poor. I mean polish dented, polish on your skin, bad filing, they tell you they can't do this or that (like making the nails short- a totally reasonable request). I go on Sunday and they're the only local place open on Sunday. The wait is always long, no matter why you're there. Well today was my last trip there. The lady I had was so rude. Making fun of piercings and then tattoos. The customers around me had tattoos on their legs and feet. She didn't seem to care she was being so offensive, even when people noticed. Just so rude. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. Very nice, lots of people working, lots of customers, really the nicest nail salon I had ever been in based on what met the eye. The massage chair was really nice and the nail techs spoke good English. My nail tech was a male. Everything was going fine until he started scrubbing the dead skin off my feet. Scrubbing them so hard it hurt, and I do not have sensitive feet.I didn't say anything and just let him scrub them, then he started talking to me as he was scrubbing, and it started to hurt even more. When he moved the scrubber I noticed my foot was BLEEDING. He seemed embarrassed and tried to cover it up with his hands and kept working, I was really angry but didn't know how to react so I said nothing. After pretending like nothing happened for 5 minutes, he says "oh your skin peel, I get antiseptic, it heal in 1 hour" which I knew was not true, I'm a senior level nursing student and nothing is going to heal in an hour. Anyway, the "antiseptic" I'm pretty sure was nail polish remover because it BURNED SO BAD! He asked if it hurt and I said YES, and he stopped and continued my pedicure like nothing happened. He rubbed my feet and legs with a scrub that has the hard little round balls in it, rubbing over the raw spot he created on my foot continuously, By the time the pedicure was over my foot was raw. There was other small spots on my foot bleeding from him picking skin off around my toes (you'll notice the little scabs around my toe nail in the picture) He did a good job on the actual polish. I'm not one to act angry but I was so mad when it was over. To top it off, for a basic pedicure and regular polish and an injury, he charged me FORTY DOLLARS!!I was getting them done for a wedding and instead of pretty toes I had an infected raw spot on my foot that looked disgusting. I don't know the guy's name, but it was a nail tech. Do not go here. Worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had and let me tell you I am not picky. Read Less

WORST ever and overpriced!! My usual place is LA nails but they were closed. I don't live in town and needed a fill in bad. Omg my nails were so thin they were cracking down the middle and chipping on the sides. Worst polish job ever on top of that. At least 5 people needing "fixes" walked in while I was there. Was so happy this place took me in for a pedicure at 8:30pm at night. They were very friendly and the person that did my pedicure did a great massage. I think the price for a pedicure could be a little cheaper but I think I am spoiled by the place I am used to at home. Read Less

Omg! Finally found somewhere awesome.  Mani pedi totally the best.  Loved it so relaxing,  Friendly staff,  reasonable price.  I fell asleep in the massage chair while getting my pedicure.  Awesome staff awesome service above and beyond.  Highly highly highly recommend. Read Less

the people were great and friendly, took my 11 year old in for her first mani and she really enjoyed it the prices are fair, the service is great and our nails look wonderful! will go back and suggest it to others!
