Just moved to Paris and my mother and I decided to get our nails done. We have been trying to find a new place we like that does good work. Here’s how this went....

Just moved to Paris and my mother and I decided to get our nails done. We have been trying to find a new place we like that does good work. Here’s how this went....
Pro: friendly staff and good conversation as we were getting our nails done.
Con: our nails were rushed to get done despite it not being very busy. I had to stop & let the nail tech know that I wanted them round, otherwise she would have continued to do them square (as they did my mothers, since they didn’t ask her). My thumb nails are visibly different lengths & my left thumb nail is messed up. There is a space between the acrylic and the top of my actual nail.
The atmosphere is nice but due to the lack in quality of their work, I do not believe we will be returning.

The wait was resonable but my right big toe bled and still hurts. There was no need for "trimming" that deep. I won't be there again.

Came in when it wasn’t busy & way before they closed; they rushed my nails, they aren’t the same length, there was acrylic on my fingers, under the nails, & on my cuticles. There are ridges in my nail...
Came in when it wasn’t busy & way before they closed; they rushed my nails, they aren’t the same length, there was acrylic on my fingers, under the nails, & on my cuticles. There are ridges in my nails from the file drill. Won’t go back, they’ve always rushed my nail jobs, Anna and her husband & it’s not worth the money.

I love how friendly and quick the service is there! This is my all time favorite nail store. Im extremely happy with my mani/pedi tonight!! The foot wax was amazing and i cant wait to try some of the facials, this is jus a great place and Anna is so kind and makes you feel so welcome, such a sweet lady!

Anna is super sweet!! yes candy sweet I meant. Now she offers facial and eye lash extension!! Go try it out! Sometimes she gets busy and you have to wait little bit.... but it’s worth it

Was okay and the customer service was excellent, but the quality was below what I expected even with low expectations. I chose SNS nails and on almost everynail the paint doesn't cover the edges.

writing this review as my girlfriend tells me why this place is bad.
my girlfriend went to nail school so she knows the process.
her review:
1. hygiene was bad. really bad. files weren't clean. unsanitized. dipped her hands directly into the paraffin when they are supposed to scoop it into a baggie and then put a person's hands into the single baggie.
2. no base coat on her nails. the technician wanted to use a top coat as her base but my girlfriend corrected that mistake.
3. no water during her manicure. technician left cuticle remover on.
4. polish was lumpy and didn't even cover her entire nail on almost every nail.
my girlfriend finished painting her own nails as the technician was doing so badly. after shopping at Walmart next door for a few minutes my girlfriend was so aggravated at the terrible manicure that she went back to the nail salon and took the polish off.
to top it off the manicure cost $15 when they are usually $10. not a big price difference but considering how badly the manicure was the cost definitely didn't reflex the outcome.
now that we're home my girlfriend is doing her nails herself.
what a waste of $15 and 45 minutes.
we feel bad writing a negative review but it was just all around terrible.
