Was horrible!!!!! The lady that did my nails was like the owner she was so Rude to me!!! It was my first time here wanted to try it because I was close. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!! The “boss” Kim is very rude to customers and her staff alike. Terrible polish job with old dry polish, nails were rough on edges and crooked. Tried twice to have them fix and/or get refund to no avail with yelling. She made a fool of herself in front of her entire salon. Business ethics education needed badly for this woman!!!! Read Less

I give this place 0 stars. (Yelp made me give it at least one) I walked in the door and signed in like everyone else. No one greeted me and said "how can I help you" like they did everyone else following me who walked in the door. I watched them take two people who came in after me to start their services, while I still sat there STILL WAITING TO EVEN BE ACKNOWLEDGED !!!! I said "excuse me" and the man and the lady said "oh you're next" and I politely got up and walked out. I'm not sure if it was because I'm black, because I'm not one to play the race card, but ALL of the other patrons were white.  Either way, it was rude of them. The service is horrible!! I am 56 years old I have always been a tomboy.My son was getting married so my daughter in law talked me in to doing my nails,if I had known how good they would look I would have done this years ago.Thanks to VIP Nails I am now proud of the way my nails look and I get lots of compliments.They are the sweetest people ever. This was my first time here, I had a great experience. There was a little bit of a wait but every spot was full so they were going as fast as possible. There was a fun banter back and forth between regular customers and staff. The lady that did my pedicure was very nice, I feel bad I didn't ask her name. We talked quite a bit but the conversation wasn't forced. I paid the price listed on the sign, which never seemed to happen where I use to go. (It was basically at their discretion how much they charged per person, like charging u $5 extra to remove old paint.) This place was also well ventilated, which I appreciate. Literally the only downside was the pedicure chair was pretty uncomfortable and made my bottom sore but I wasn't in it forever so not that big of a deal. Read Less

Worse pedicure I've ever had. I have first degree burns on my feet and lower legs, then had a horrible scrub put on and rubbed on my legs that hurt. The paint is super messy, my toe nails are all different shapes, not even at all! Worse experience ever! And no one asked if it was okay. I will never be back here. Kim the owner is so rude! Knicked me 3 times with the sander machine because she was too busy playing a gambling game on her phone on her lap. Wasn't even looking at what she was doing. . And now my finger is swollen and painful. Yelled at me for saying ouch and when I tried to put my hand in the shellac machine the paper towel was in the way. When I told her she yelled at me again. Rude horrible people!! I have psoriasis which is an auto immune disease and not contagious. I have a few spots on my shins, knees and ankles. These people acted like I walked in with the plague. The owner Kim was speaking in Vietnamese to my technician and pointing at my legs. To top it off, it was a lousy pedicure and the technician cut my cuticle. I will never ever go there again. I personally don't like them anymore. I thought they where the best in town since I've been to all of them. BUT NOT after today. I've been trying to grow my nails out probably going on 3 months now, well I go in this morning to have them soaked off & let my REAL nails that WERE longer then my finger tips to air out & breath. BUT no she had an easier way for HER to remove the fake nails. Which had lead to HER CHOPPING them all off. Needless to say I was very very hurt & upset & I will no longer be going back. Read Less

This place was horrible! First off I walk in and the guy, Tim I think it was, said "What do you want?". I should have walked out just after that. They were not welcoming at all! I sit down after I pick my color and the lady that did my nails, Kim (the owner),  was soo rude! She barely talked to me and when she did it was in a snotty tone. While drummeling my nails she knicked my pinky and it obviously hurt me because I pulled my hand back and said OUCH! She didn't even apologize or ask if I was ok, she just jerked my hand back and continued. Another thing is there were a couple of people in there that were obviously regulars that they were really nice to and cracking up jokes. I noticed the new people like myself got no respect from them whatsoever. Thankfully I was only visiting with family and won't have to go here if I want to get my nails professionally done. They need to learn about customer service BIG TIME! I'm from southern California where all the nails places are friendly people who actually care enough to make a good tip!!! This place SUCKED!!
