I brought my 5 year old for her first pedicure and her 8 year old cousin who are very well behaved. They rushed us into the chairs as they brought us back and I was trying to get the girls settled in... we were their maybe 30 minutes and they charged us $75... I feel like it should have been less than that with children and the time spent... not only that but they painted my niece nails black and we both told them maroon or dark red. I ask for a nude or neutral color and he brought me 3 neon colors... I chose the red. The nail tech that did my daughter nails was very very nice but everyone else there was very rude. The lady (I guess owner or manager) sensed this and came over and quickly painted the girls finger nails with clear polish... I think she sensed that we were unhappy with our service. Nice people, lady working on me was very rough. Put on so much acrylic that felt lumpy. Cut my cuticle to where it bleed. Didn’t put lotion on my hands and cutilcles so now the skin around my nails are peeling. The people are nice once again, but their actual work isn’t good, at least who I had. Read Less

Super nice, Super professional, Super Job! When trying out a new nail place you never know what you're going to get. I came in asking for mani and pedi. Got both for $70 and well worth it!My feet were so dry and cracked I was almost embarrassed but the staff put me at ease and did a great job of making them look great. My cuticles were a wreck and again the staff was very professional and did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with the services I received today and will be back. I tried this salon 3 times for a pedicure. Each time they did an ok job with the foot massage portion. They did a great paint job. But within a couple of hours after leaving my feet felt rough again like I hadn't even had a pedicure done. My favorite place to get my nails done, they have always took there time to make sure it was done right. I came in at 7:30pm one night & they were PACKED. My friend & I needed was one of the last ones there, we both got a pedi & nails done, they didn't rush, even though we kept them 1 1/2 hours after closing. Love everyone there! I'm in Owensboro from Washington DC on business with my wife. I called my niece for a recommendation and Pro Nails was her favorite. So I took the opportunity to come to this local nail salon to get my beautiful wife's nails done. We both decided to get a mani and padi and we're totally satisfied. Customer service was okay, however staff uses nail drills instead of cuticle pushers. My nails throbbed all-night. I got a French tip manicure set and my nails look bulky like press-on nails. The technique they use is quick, but with mediocre results. I requested a pedicure and after the service was complete I still had my original toe nail polish around my nail beds. They aren't the best salon. If you're able you should seek out a larger city. In larger cities competition is firece, so service is better. Read Less

I called on 02/02 to get my daughter in after school. Since I couldn't be there I specifically said shellac only! Well my daughter goes there a nice lady told her to pick out a color and sit. Some rude guy just began cutting her nails off without asking what she wanted and did a manicure without asking her if she wanted one which cost extra! The nice lady told the guy "you should have asked what she wanted" so it was obvious he did not and a coworker even caught this! The man... not only completely botched my daughters nails but also cut her finger 3 different times and today being homecoming this is not good for a 16 year old! Today two of her fingers are swollen and one won't stop bleeding without a bandaid. I called once I got off work and asked why did they cut her nails off without asking and why did they do a manicure? Nobody had an answer and I didn't get an apology and I didn't get offered anything to make this better instead I got hung up on. I was not rude I was professional but I can promise you they will never get my business again which is sad because it is blocks from my work and I get them done regularly! I called ahead & made an appointment to get my nails painted. Not filed, not clipped, no acrylics - just painted. When I walked in, again I said I wanted my nails painted. I don't get my nails done very often, so I'm not sure what's standard. The technician first smoothed down my nails with a dremel. Then he pulled out clippers - I thought he might snip a snagged cuticle or hangnail. But no, before I realized what was happening, he clipped half the length off my pinky nail. Well, too late now, so I let him clip the rest of my nails without saying anything. Then he pulled out his box of acrylics."No acrylics," I said. "I just want them painted." "What! Why didn't you tell me before?! Why did you let me get this far without telling me?!" I told him I didn't realize that's what he was doing. So my nails look nice, but they're half as long despite my telling them twice that I only wanted paint! This is why I rarely get my nails done. Read Less

BEWARE: LADY THERE PERFORMED UNWANTED SURGERY ON MY TOES FOR A PROBLEM I DIDN"T HAVE. A lady there (lived in NY city for about 17 years)  butchered my toes. She cut 1/8 of an inch of nail off each side of both big toes all the way into the tissue, and ripped that part of the nail out. MY TOES BLED at the shop, and have hurt in the days since. HER LICENSE SHOULD BE REVOKED. Afterward, she said I had ingrown toe nails. I have never had ingrown toenails, but am afraid I will now. This was very painful, and when I yelled for her to stop, a man in the shop ran over to us to talk with the lady. Even if I had ingrown toenails, my podiatrist should have dealt with them, not a nail person. SHE IS PERFORMING SURGERY which is not allowed by a nail technician. I visit a podiatrist for my heels and he has never said I have an ingrown toenail.  So, this lady performed surgery for a problem I didn't have. I may have to see a doctor about the problems this shop caused. BEWARE!!! Read Less
