Customer service is horrible. After washing my hands and sitting down I was told "pick up your towel and take it to the dirty basket now" in a very rude way the job was poor, the white tip were all uneven.....I'm not coming back. I came in with my mother from Atlanta for some mother daughter time and I have to say it was horrible. Decided to get a mani and pedi as did she, she got her pedi first. The man who was going to do my nails asked me to wash my hands first and what I'd like and I asked for ombré powder he said he couldn't do it. I asked for natural sns. He said he didn't have to supplies so I chose a regular gel manicure, he told me $50. I said, really I've never paid that before, he said $50 shape and length. I said oh no I'll just get a pedi. So I sat by my mom in a pedi chair and they guy made me move across the room. The sign behind her says pedi chairs for pedi costumers only which I was until he acted that way. My mom still got hers done because they had already started. Needless to say WE will never be back. IF YOU LIKE CLEAR POLISH, GO HERE. That is all they are good at. Everytime I go I swear it's my last. Always Rude. Extremely rude! Rude is an understatement. I feel like I'm bothering them. I'm not spoken to. I was snapped at. ... He complained about other customers. They opened late. My polish didn't cover and he said it is my fault because I chose the color. The thing is I think it's wrong to bash a business . Came with a friend for a pedi to enjoy time without kids. We signed in together and they called her back first and I went back to chat with her and sat down in the chair beside her. The man made me move, even though the chair wasn't in use, and made made it across from her. There's a sign behind the chair that says "chairs for pedicure customers only".... which I was. Treated me as of I was a Hassel when I asked how long their eyebrow waxing person had been practicing,  he acted like he didn't hear me at 1st, then he replied "if u want do it, then do it, if no, then  go." I'm not one to complain but I spent $75 today and not only was my pedicure rough but my paint is chipped on several toes, my toes are cut at the cuticles, MY FEET ARE STILL ROUGH and the lady barely said 2 words to me. I used this salon to get a manicure before my husband and I were to leave on a cruise. By the very next morning a couple of my nails were already messed up! It didn't last...... I was out the money for a crappy job......and had to leave for a cruise with crappy looking fingernails. Luckily I got my nails done on the cruise ship. This is the WORST place in Owensboro! I sign in to get one nail fixed for shellac (I didn't want to get a full new set quite yet)! I sat and waited for 15-20 minutes and the guy told me that I needed to come back when Kevin was here! I had already waited and there was a lady that was currently doing shellac! I asked her why she couldn't fix my nail and she said she didn't want to! So i go over to the colors to take a picture of the color they used to go somewhere else, and she got up from doing someone else's nails to tell me I couldn't touch the polish! I then went down the road and thought I had the right color but didnt! I called and asked them if they could tell me the name and they said no! I then came back up here and asked what the problem was and she said she would fix my nail, after she said she didn't know how! My preteen daughter bites her nails down very short. I wanted to get her some kind of mani to help deter her from biting, and to raise her confidence, as she felt ashamed of her nubby fingertips at school. I Didn't know if they even could be done, and it was our first time. I put down on the sign-in list, "not sure" because I wanted to have a tech look at her nails and give guidance as to which service we should get, as I had NO IDEA what one service versus another was, and ...wanted them to tell us IF she was even a candidate for artificials! The little bitty guy swaggers up to the list, reads what I wrote in the "service needed" section, slams the clipboard down, turns his back and snidely says, "You don't know what you want, I can't help you." For some reason I gave him a 2nd chance, and decided to explain why I had written that -- maybe I felt embarrassed and wanted to explain myself. I held my daughter's hand before him so he could assess the situation. He didn't even bother looking at her nails (or lack thereof). He just snidely said, "You want acrylic I can do acrylic. You want gel I can do gel." I took her and said we'd go somewhere else since he wants to be so rude. Only gave one star because I HAD to!!! What kind of business has 2 customers to come in at the same time both for mani and pedi and one gets EVERYTHING done while the other is waiting and when I say waiting I mean he gets started on her and another customer comes in and he tells her to go have a seat again!! Pedicure was actually painful and maybe lasted 15 minutes. My shellac was soaked in acetone for 15 min only for manicurist to use the dremel to grind my nails down thin as paper. She filed my nails square straight across when I asked her to keep them round. She did not even do a half hearted attempt to do a hand massage and didn't even put lotion on my hands. Worst mani-pedi I have ever had. 5 days later my shellac is chipped and the sharp corners of my square nails have all chipped. Read Less

Had my nails done earlier at Paradise Nail on 54. As soon as I left, I went to Walmart and ended up smudging the polish on 4 different nails. I was unable to go back immediately, so I decided to call them. Even though they had quite literally JUST did my nails earlier today, they won't fix it. He said, "after you leave, it's all you. We no follow you round tell you be careful. You pay for fix." I can understand if it was the next day, but an hour? When you told me they were s...upposed to be dry And they felt like they were?! It's not all of them. It was 4. This is probably a good reason I shouldn't get my nails done. I will NOT be doing business there again. I had never been in here before. Heck, I've only had 2 mani/pedis ever. However, I was extremely impressed with the quality of service. It was packed and I waited about 30 minutes because there were only 3 people working (only reason they don't get a 5 star review) but it was worth the wait for a quality and affordable mani/pedi. The woman who was working on me shaped my nails perfectly and the foot massage at the end of the pedi was the best. The polish on my nails and toes is flawless. I'll be back! Read Less
