Went in for a manicure. They had to remove gel polish which was scraped off very roughly and painfully. When trimming my cuticles she was very aggressive and made my thumb sore. When polishing my nails she smudged a couple of nails and just painted over the smudge. I didn't make her correct them because I just wanted to get out of there. I got acrylics done on my nails here recently and I came back home to all of my nails sore, almost bleeding on my nail beds, and my nails were bubbly and had chips in them. I called them and explained what happened and the manager said if I came back I could get them redone. We waited a while to come back and get them done because my nails were so sore. When we reminded them of what happened they lied and said that they never said they would finish them at no cost. The manager wouldn't even look towards us cause she was lying so much. She agrued with us for about 10 minutes. She finally agreed to fix them for free but afterwards they started speaking in a language we didn't know and it was very obvious they were talking about us in their tone of voice. We just walked out because of how extremely rude they were and because they would have probably done the same bad job that they did before. I am never going there again. Read Less
