got a full white set. had to have the previous gel set from a diff salon removed. the lady literally plucked them off with a fake nail. it hurt and didn't seem healthy for my nails as it left it patchy looking. then she glued 3 of my nails on crooked. i figured that she would fix it or be able to file them a certain way to make it look better. the one on my middle finger is the worst, you can literally see my nail on the side where it's growing (my nails grow fast). also the fake nails should be put on to look natural, and go with the natural slope of your nail. these go straight out from my nail and do not look natural.aside from the poor nail job there was a young girl in there who was probably 4 years old and she was crying and loudly complaining about wanting to go home. i get it that you have to bring your kid to work but there was a point that she was running around and yelling! and then she ran into her mom's arm (the one doing my nails) while she was drilling them...scary.. and then, the lady doing my nails took a phone call while she was filing my nails... i figured she would answer and say she had to call them back or something, but it was a good 2-3 mins and she was laughing and having a good conversation. to top it off the only t.v. in the place was in a corner that was blocked by a large shelf right in front of my view. i couldn't believe how terrible the service was and how poor of quality my nails were and how none of the 4 people working there seemed to care at all. i pretty much always tip, because i respect service workers and i have had a similar job before so i know how frustrating it can be when someone doesn't tip, but at the same time it's not part of the price. you have to earn a tip. this was just a rude and messy job and i won't ever be back there.
