I visited this shop because of their reviews. Looking for a nice clean shop? Looking for friendly staff? Wow! I just had a great experience at New Nails! I will definitely be back!

The first time I was there, they were great! Not so much today. Left in the middle. She kept jumping back and forth between customers. Which would of been almost ok, if she would have washed her hands...
The first time I was there, they were great! Not so much today. Left in the middle. She kept jumping back and forth between customers. Which would of been almost ok, if she would have washed her hands, or at least explains what she was doing. On top of all of it she charged me $15 for something I was not happy with. Very disappointed

I've been to several salons in the area and this one is by far my favorite! Their shop is clean and well kept, they sterilize everything, and the staff are nice and friendly. When I got a pedicure, they showed me an price sheet of all the services that they offered and explained the differences of each so that I can decide what price point I want to stay at. I love this because I wasn't surprised when I went to pay at the end. They pay a great attention to detail while they are doing your nails and ask you consistently if they look ok. Their prices are competitive with other salons and the quality of service is well above average! Would definitely recommend and I will be going back!

The staff is professional and very personable. Good job on SNS. However, I don't understand why cuticle cream is not used for manicure. My hands are placed in a bowl of lukewarm water and that is it. Kinda feels like ripping my cuticles off 😕

My nails actually last! Love Van and Tina they are the best! I’ve been going for 10 years! It’s a VERY new clean salon as well! You can relax at New Nails.

TERRIBLE. They don't know how to do a fill. Don't go there if you want your nails to be done correctly. I would have given them a -10, had that been available.
