I would give this place a 0 if I could. I have never had such a terrible experience with SNS nails. Not only are they poorly shaped, my nail beds are cut from the excessive use of the drill! The woman who did my nails also kept applying too much top coat and would dig her nails into mine to try and hide her mistake by shoving my skin back into the nail bed. I was not happy with my first experience so I got them redone with a classic French tip and they still look horrid. Also, they refused to give me a refund and would only “fix” while still charging me 5 EXTRA DOLLARS when my cost was already $50 (with tip). I am a server and I was looking forward to having nice nails for vacation. Now I am very upset that my tips for the night went to a poor manicure. Astounding that a place like this is actually still in business.
Save yourself a terrible experience and go to Jack Nails off Nicholasville Road!!!!

I walked out with my regular manicure set and dry five minutes after she was done. It was wonderful. And those nails lasted 3 1/2 weeks before chipping. This is now my go-to place.

Save your money. Came here for the first time on Thursday (nov 30) because I wasn't happy with the salon i was using. Got a mani-pedi and my nails were chipping by Saturday (dec 2). The original salon i was using did a better job than these guys, which says a lot.

I've given this place several chances to get it right, but ultimately I've been let down. From nails popping off within less than a week, tip breaking off splitting my nail bed causing it to bleed and hurt, and having to wait 40 minutes to simply get nails removed. I had high hopes that I had found a place close by to get my nails done, but I am utterly disappointed. The only one who did a great job was the younger guy...I believe his name started with a p. Guess it's back to drawing boards. Save your money people especially if you're getting sns!!

I recommend Nails Pro to everyone I know. I have been coming here for years and years, and everyone is very good at their work. Satchel (Sat) does my nails. He is meticulous and efficient. If you want a design painted, Satchel is your man because he is an incredible artist. I usually do plain gel nails and regular pedicure and my polish never chips. Satchel always treats me like a princess. I have always had great service from any of the nail techs there. Lily is awesome, Anna is really sweet, everyone there is top notch. They all know my name and try to get to know their clients. They will stay late if you come in right at closing time. These are humble, hard working people who serve us and they deserve respect and appreciation. I love Nails Pro!! Best nail salon in Lexington!

I have gone to Nails Pro now for almost 10 years and have never had a negative experience. They are a family owned and operated business and the owners, Anna and Tony, are absolutely amazing.
The miscommunication of hours listed on Google was rectified almost immediately, so I see no reason for a one star review. However, people tend to only leave reviews when they've had a poor experience and not mention how many great experiences everyone has. There are many technicians that work at Nails Pro and they are all absolutely wonderful in my experience! If you ever ask for something that one technician can't provide, someone else will step in.
I love Nails Pro and I can't foresee myself going to any other salon! 😊

I went with my friends and mom to get our nails done at 7:00 P.M. We got there and it said it closed at 5:00 P.M. We checked ahead of time to see if we had time and on google it said it closed at 8:00...

We checked ahead of time to see if we had time and on google it said it closed at 8:00 P.M. I just wanted to save everyone a trip. If your reading this I recommend to call them to make sure there open.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. I have never had such a terrible experience with SNS nails. Not only are they poorly shaped, my nail beds are cut from the excessive use of the drill! The woman who did my nails also kept applying too much top coat and would dig her nails into mine to try and hide her mistake by shoving my skin back into the nail bed. I was not happy with my first experience so I got them redone with a classic French tip and they still look horrid. Also, they refused to give me a refund and would only “fix” while still charging me 5 EXTRA DOLLARS when my cost was already $50 (with tip). I am a server and I was looking forward to having nice nails for vacation. Now I am very upset that my tips for the night went to a poor manicure. Astounding that a place like this is actually still in business.
Save yourself a terrible experience and go to Jack Nails off Nicholasville Road!!!!

I've given this place several chances to get it right, but ultimately I've been let down. From nails popping off within less than a week, tip breaking off splitting my nail bed causing it to bleed and hurt, and having to wait 40 minutes to simply get nails removed. I have gone to Nails Pro now for almost 10 years and have never had a negative experience. They are a family owned and operated business and the owners, Anna and Tony, are absolutely amazing.
