I came in with my previous nails still on and told the lady I wanted the exact nail shape and length- slightly on the longer side and an oval shape. I was very specific on how I wanted it. By the time she was finished filing it was very obvious she cut them down way too short and when I asked her to fix them she said I would have to give another $37. Even though I had been very clear about how I wanted them I offered to pay her an extra $15 if she would just fix them how I wanted them. She was adamant that the nails were the same size, so I asked her to get the nails she had just popped off my finger and we could easily see if they were the same or not, as I knew these were much shorter. Even though they were right there, she refused. Long story short I left with nails that not only weren't the right size, but the paint job was badly done and chipped before I even left. I used to love going here. Pam does a great great job! And I love that they took appointments. I would always be patient if they were running behind and I feel I tipped well because Pam is so good. Now they Never answer the phone and they never have time when someone does answer. Lately they just answer and hang up. I have had to search elsewhere because of this :( Read Less

I wish I could give this place -10 stars. Came in for shellac removal - first of all, the entire place smells like acetone was dumped all over it. I was in there for 20 minutes and walked out light-headed. They asked me to soak my fingers in a bowl of acetone for 10 minutes. I've never had a place not first file down the polish and then wrap your fingers in cotton balls with acetone and foil. But went with it. After 15 minutes, I asked him if I should remove my nails yet and he said only if I wanted to scrub off the polish myself. After 20 minutes, he told me he was too busy and that he's had clients soaking for 35-45 minutes! That's horrid for your nails! Will never go back. Rude staff, dirty salon and awful service. So my friend and I came here to get our nails done on a Saturday. I expected the place to be slammed but was pleasantly surprised when it wasn't very busy. There were only three people working and they were all busy. They directed us where to sit and  gave us each water/acetone to soak our hands in. Fast forward- The reason we had came here was because we were under the impression that it was $15 for a gel manicure. False. It's $15 for the gel polish and $15 more if you want a manicure (cuticle cutting and a massage) so I was disappointed by that. $15 gel manicures is unbeatable!!! Staff is friendly and helpful. Don't expect any frills (hand massages, lotion, etc.) - this is bare boned but quality manicures that will get you in and out in less than an hour. I personally love this place to get the job done! Read Less

If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in one day and made an appointment for the following morning. I arrive and they are clueless, tell me it'll be two hours before they can see me, Something about someone not showing up. So, I come back the NEXT day, They help me this time, reluctantly. The woman is super rude and doesn't hide her aggravation on me being there. Well, while I'm getting the worst pedicure I've ever received people are coming in and it's the same story they sang to me the day before. I got a mani/pedi with gel polish all in the whole of 30 minutes. It was the worst I've ever had. My nails were still rough around the edges and my cuticles barely touched, all while she is super annoyed. She did inform me that it was only her and the other guy that worked there PERIOD. This creep called every woman baby too...I would take your business elsewhere than this ghetto shit show. Read Less

Ive been going here for a while now and I'm always satisfied with my nail designs and how my nails look in general.  Always half hour wait so be prepared.  There is a guy here that calks everyone baby lol but he means well and normally does and great job with your nails except as of late I've been having to see the girl BC he burned Me a cpl of times with the nail filer thing.  Would be five stars had that not happened and they need to clean their stations better.  I understand they are busy but no one wants to see shavings and bits of acrylic while your getting ur nails done.  This place could be so much better if they either had more help or just stopped cutting corners Read Less

I love Diva Nail. I first discovered it while rushing around trying to find a place that could do nails on a Saturday night and they were more than accommodating. She told me to come back in 20 minutes and at some places that means hah yeah right more like 2 hours. I came back in 20 minutes and Pam greeted me with a smile right away. Having never had a shellac manicure before she was kind enough to walk me through the process and actually explain to me the difference between the services. I liked that she cared enough to do that. Now onto the manicure! Oh buddy, I needed that my nails were a wreck and somehow she pulled them together to look like something out of a magazine. I loved the service so much I came back 2 weeks later and my nails were in such good shape all I needed was a polish change! It was so cheap and Pam didn't try to scam me by charging me for another manicure. The only reason i am not giving this place 5 stars is because the atmosphere is not the greatest, but being in a strip mall next to kmart this is a gem for sure. See Pam! Read Less
