I went into Crew for a mani pedi and was seated immediately. The woman who did my nails was pleasant and we had a good conversation but my nails turned out average at best. She was very gentle with her clippers but didn't buff my nails and the polish was not very smooth. Not to mention the nearly non-existent color selection with only about four shades of pink to speak of and the color I did choose was almost empty.The people working though, were very kind and made me feel welcome. Keeping this in mind I am pretty sure that I won't be going back. The reason being that as I was about to pay for my service I was informed that they only except cash or check... There was no sign on the door, no prior warning. They suggested that I go to the bank down the street for an ATM, which I did. I left to go to the ATM with WET toenails. By the time I got back at least two of my toenails were ruined and I was thoroughly embarrassed.The entire service cost me 48 dollars, 45 for the salon and a 3 dollar ATM fee. I can't say anything for their hair service but from what I perceived the results were much nicer than my nails.In summary:Good hair salon: Sure.Good nail salon: No

My entire family have been going to Gary and his staff for years (by which I mean "decades"). They have never failed to deliver quality service, even going above and beyond to engage a child who found social situations difficult. Their salon is open, bright, and airy -- really quite a nice place. With superior staff and a great facility, I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I would tell them the place stinks. The staff is rude and arrogant. These people did not even know me. I walked in for my first appointment and upon seeing me refused to provide me service. All my friends feel that they discriminated against me because I am an Mexican American and proud of it. I am a Reg. Nurse with a 30 year career. I cannot imagine treating people in such a shabby way. By the appearance of your establishment it does not appear that you cAn afford to be rude to your customers.Looks to me that you could use all the business you can get.You and you staff disgust me.

I went into Crew for a mani pedi and was seated immediately. The woman who did my nails was pleasant and we had a good conversation but my nails turned out average at best. My entire family have been going to Gary and his staff for years (by which I mean "decades"). They have never failed to deliver quality service, even going above and beyond to engage a child who found social situations difficult.
