I won't go here again. Basically the tech just polished my toenails and massaged my legs. Only cut my nails, cut a few spots of cuticles. Didn't clean under nails. Came home and polish is ON my uncut ...
I won't go here again. Basically the tech just polished my toenails and massaged my legs. Only cut my nails, cut a few spots of cuticles. Didn't clean under nails. Came home and polish is ON my uncut not pushed back cuticles.The tech spoke to his coworkers constantly, except to ask if I wanted hot towels. It wasn't clear what was included in the pedicure. I didn't say anything to anyone because it was obvious they wouldn't heed my input. During the pedicure several techs without customers brought out food and ate while sitting on the pedi chairs. The floor was dirty and the unused stations were messy. Not too many choices for nail services in Mt Sterling. I'll drive farther next time. This is my first negative review. I usually give a second chance but this was a very pricey polish change.

I have been going to paris nails for 9 years now. I would travel from Florida back home just get to my nails done. They have always done a fantastic job on my nails as well as family's. They are never rude, never harm you, and if they accidentally knick you, (which i have only seen ONCE in all my years), they apologize extensively and are very sorry. I would not recommend taking small children who cannot sit still, thats just a no brainer. Paris nails is MAGNIFICENT!

My daughter and her friend had their nails done today. They done a terrible job with her friend's nails. They didn't get all of the old nail polish off. They cut her four times. And, along with leaving her with very soar fingers afterwards, they also made fun of how her nails looked when they were finished. I would not recommend ever going there.

Came home and polish is ON my uncut not pushed back cuticles.The tech spoke to his coworkers constantly, except to ask if I wanted hot towels. It wasn't clear what was included in the pedicure.
