It may have just been the staff member that I had that was so awful but I went the day before my wedding. She cut open both my heals during the pedicure and a pretty deep gash in my pinky finger while using a nail file. She said did that hurt? Sorry, as there is blood dripping from my finger. She never had me wash my hands. At least she dumped alcohol all over the bleeding gash to kill some germs and burn like hell. She said or sorry again as I teared up.
I still had to pay full price and was not in any state of mind to argue with my big day around the corner I was just ready to get far away from there. I was so hoping for a relaxing day at a nail salon. I will never ever be back. I hope others will not have my same fate. Hopefully I can walk in my wedding shoes with bloody cut up heals.

Hands down the BEST pedicure I've had, and I've been to sooo many nail salons in the Louisville area trying to find a good one; I'm so glad to have finally found this place! Leah did my pedicure and she took so much time exfoliating my feet and trimming my cuticles. My polish also looks amazing! She was also really sweet and personable and everyone else there was super nice as well. If you're searching for a great nail salon tech, look no further!

I just moved to this end of town from South Louisville and was searching for a Nail Salon. After reading reviews of several Salons in this area I chose Princess Nail & Spa. I was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. I didn’t have to wait & my Nail technician was very good. I had a great experience and will definitely go back!!

SInce the day I walked into Princess Nails over a year ago, I have not been anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and I love Tee and his wife. They always make me and my daughter feel welcome and they even stayed late one time to do my daughter's nails. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.

I moved to Louisville from Florida 3 years ago and couldn’t find a nail salon worth anything until I found THIS PLACE. The staff is absolutely amazing. The salon is clean. They have plastic liners in their pedicure bowls (which I have never seen in any salon in the area). I have been going to Tee for a little over a year and have never been disappointed, especially with how well he knows to file and shape the nails! I have gotten pedicures from Andy and Son, I think is his name, and left absolutely happy each and every time. I have since been sending all my clients here and will continue to do so. This place is awesome!

I've gone here consistently for about 10 years now. I used to only see the previous owner, & once I found out she was leaving, I was devastated. She introduced me to Tee, & I won't ever go to anyone else. He's extremely knowledgeable & ALWAYS makes my nails look their absolute best. I'm in the beauty industry & he makes certain that my nails not only look amazing, but that they hold up good as well. With my hectic schedule I typically only get in the get my nails done on average every 5 weeks, & they never lift or come off. They're always in great condition & I get constant compliments. He's truly amazing at his craft - he's a real artist. Their pedicures are to die for & everyone is always extremely nice & accommodating. I highly recommend this nail salon!!!!

They offer a large selection of nail decor embellishments. Do Pink & white nails. Waxing. Great artist for nail design. I'll bring a pic, and they've done a great job each time.

I have always been extremely happy with Princess Nails. I have been a loyal customer for a long period of time. Always make appointments and never late. Had a horrible experience yesterday when I had an appointment. Nasty attitude of person opening the salon even though it was already noon. I, unfortunately, will NOT be going back. Andy is a great tech but I refuse to go back after the attitude I received yesterday from some one else. The owners are fantastic as well!

Neither of the men working there smiled or greated my mom and I when we came in for our appointment. They were the only ones there. I refused to let them do my nails they were so rude. My mom went ahead and had hers done, and they were chipped and the white turned YELLOW the next day. It wasn't anything my mom did wrong we are frequent salon goers we know how to properly care for our nails. Our usual salon was closed that day, we should have just waited. Been here one other time as well a year or so ago and experienced the same amount of rudeness and lack of smiles. NEVER coming here again.

I have been a regular customer for 2 years. The salon recently remodeled and updated the massage chairs. It looks really relaxing and the new chairs are very nice. They are using up dated foot soak spa bowls. These are the best because you are not exposed to germs as the plastic is changed out each time they are used. All the instruments are sanitized after every use. They work hard to keep everything very clean. My favorites are Annie and Kathy. Both do a great job. My husband even likes to come to this spa. I have had a really good experience at this spa and will return.

It may have just been the staff member that I had that was so awful but I went the day before my wedding. She cut open both my heals during the pedicure and a pretty deep gash in my pinky finger while using a nail file. She said did that hurt? Sorry, as there is blood dripping from my finger. I moved to Louisville from Florida 3 years ago and couldn’t find a nail salon worth anything until I found THIS PLACE. The staff is absolutely amazing. The salon is clean. They have plastic liners in their pedicure bowls (which I have never seen in any salon in the area). She introduced me to Tee, & I won't ever go to anyone else. He's extremely knowledgeable & ALWAYS makes my nails look their absolute best. I have always been extremely happy with Princess Nails. I have been a loyal customer for a long period of time. Always make appointments and never late. Neither of the men working there smiled or greated my mom and I when we came in for our appointment. They were the only ones there. I refused to let them do my nails they were so rude. My mom went ahead and had hers done, and they were chipped and the white turned YELLOW the next day.
