Nails were very good but feeling comfortable and welcome, did not enjoy. The gentleman who did my daughters nails was not pleasant to talk to and a bit rude.

They are awesome people that own and run their business. They do a wonderful job and treat their customers great. My mother and I have been going there for a over 3 years and they have never been rude...

They are unable to do designs that are in "style". The staff isn't friendly and service is overpriced. Visit Nails by Jordan in Morristown, totally worth the drive!

Horrible... My nails were awful half painted rough and I was told to go somewhere else so I did... I had to go to elite nail and get them done right!

I have had my nails done before at other places and it was much better, no gel top coat and I got acrylics. I was never asked "is this good" or anything.

Employees are very rude and don't do a good job. My fiance had her nails done and they were already broken in a few days and they refused to fix them even with payment. They aren't friendly don't care...
Employees are very rude and don't do a good job. My fiance had her nails done and they were already broken in a few days and they refused to fix them even with payment. They aren't friendly don't care about loyal customers just in it for the money. They would probably be better off starting a Chinese restaurant where they don't have to spend so much face to face time with people considering they aren't friendly to customers even those who have been regular customers for years. Try elite nails they do better work and are much more welcoming and don't make you feel uncomfortable.

The service was very fast. HOWEVER, the service is also somewhat rude, very little English is spoken, and the quality of work done there was spotty at best. I will not be returning, even if it means I have to drive to Tazewell.
